Just went in and bought a strawberry bliss with coconut lychee jelly. unfortunately it tasted like hairspray and when I brought it to their attention they said it was the green tea. I politely asked for a refund they refused, nor did they want to swap it out with a cheaper food option. I also asked if they did gift card and they said no. I was then told to pick another drink option (all of their non-blended drinks contain green tea) so I had to pick a blended drink that contained dairy when I cannot ingest dairy, so a waste of time and money do not come here.

They did not have any Boba other than plain Boba. They did not have any dairy alternatives, no coconut milk or anything, and they did not make the drink correctly. It tasted only like green tea and absolutely no flavoring with strawberry that it said it was supposed to have. This was my first and only time ever going there very disappointed after spending 15 bucks on two drinks

Don’t order this food unless you want to waste your time and not get it.

I paid with a debit card online, was called and asked to show my ID when I pick up, signed the receipt, waited.. then was falsely accused of disputing a previous charge, and told by the employees that their manager said they can’t prepare my food.

I feel bad for the employees, their manager didn’t speak to me at all.

I later got another call from the employees apologizing FOR HER mistake, and she told them to offer me a free drink. Pass. People don’t like being accused of stealing and having their time wasted.

Based off the reviews this is something that happens frequently here which is highly suspicious.

The employees were great and deserve better, the food is overpriced, the manager that was working today is messing up the business. I waste a lot of money on food but I won’t be doing it here anymore.

The people here were polite but the food was awful. The cucumber limeade was ok but not for the price. You can get a better version at salad and go for $1.75. This place changed like $7.00 and the size was equal. The Pina Coloda had a soap flavored after taste. Had to return.

The people working the counter are polite and try but they need to seriously re evaluate their menu and recipes because that was completely unacceptable. Even for value menu prices (which they certainly were not).

We gave this place a shot after visiting the pumpkin patch but we definitely will not be returning sadly. Do not recommend.

Got a plain milk tea which tasted awful, as well as tasting very watered down. They happily exchanged for another drink which was better, but still not great. I might give them another chance if I’m in the area, on the possibility it was an ‘off’ day.

I order every day two of them and I spent $26 with delivery i’ve been doing order for long time every day I order every day and now when I call to the 0° and I talk with the manager and he told me I can do anything for you wow, I just want to let you guys know from the driver to the garbage because he was everything upside down and I start pick up one by one and you can search for my name Alan G and see How many I order a day bout it’s ok good luck ?

Do not order here. I ordered online when I went to pick up my order and they didn’t want to give it to me saying I paid with another card. I showed the my receipt. My card I did pay with and the deduction from my bank account and the manager argued with me saying it was not the correct last 4 numbers on the card it was paid for with. Despite all the proof it was my bought and paid for order took 10 minutes before he finally gave me my order. Ridiculous and super suspicious. The customer service alone despite the issue or policy is not worth the trouble. Save your money there are plenty of good boba places in town.

We ordered online and PAID for our food. We ordered 3 sets of chicken wings, 2 orders of fries, garlic noodles, and 2 drinks. We got an email saying the order was ready to be picked up so my husband drove to get it. When he got there they said they never made it becuase it was such a "big order" they wanted to make sure we were coming before they made it...EVEN THOUGH WE ALREADY PAID 80 FREAKING DOLLARS FOR THIS ORDER! When my husband questioned how that would make sense that they would question if we were coming for the food when we already paid for it? They ignored him! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They're super expensive, which I was not going to complain about but, to be treated like that after spending $80 on their food...yea not worth it! Go else where.
