Really obnoxiously loud group of women acting belligerently drunk. Like I couldnt carry on a conversation with my friend they were louder than the whole crowd of people in the establishment and the tv.

Nice place I had one of the best Cobb salads I've ever had I'm gluten sensitive so they did say they were accommodating even though they had no gluten-free bread or buns.

We recently hosted our corporate Christmas party at Zipps Sports Grill, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The amazing food was a highlight—everything from the appetizers to the entrees was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Our entire team raved about the variety and quality of the menu.

The service was OUTSTANDING—the staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured that every detail of our event went smoothly. They made sure our large group was well taken care of and created a festive, welcoming atmosphere.

If you're looking for a venue for a corporate event, holiday party, or just a great meal, Zipps Sports Grill is the place to go. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will definitely return for future events. Highly recommended!

In the past the service has been bad. Last time I went, we waited like 50 minutes for the food to come out. I went again today 12/7/2024 and had a great experience. Despite it being busy, the food came out in a timely manner. We had great service today. Our server's name was Fatai. Thanks for the great service.

Seems there are restrictions on what alcohol can be served in to what glass... strange company policy. Will never go in to another zipp-ity-do-da ever again.
Funny Update... I heard that there was a response that their beer glasses have some type of coating that "liquor" will remove (but beer doesn't? ), or, ruin them for serving beer... what a crock of ____!!!
Never have I heard of that scenario... and neither has at least 10 bars and restaurants that I have checked with.
Although, there is a conclusion that if you don't "rinse" your glasses correctly, ie: leaving soap scum in the glass, that can affect your beer; as in, it will cause it to go flat much faster ... maybe you folks ought to learn a little more about "how to clean and serve your refreshments"???
Another simple option for y'all... How about offering to sell your patron the glass they would like there favorite beverage in???
Not everyone drinks beer ya know.
However, that sounds just to simple... even for a zipp-ity-do da group eh?
Your response would be interesting... IF ya can figure it out.

I have never really wrote a horrible review before, but this one needed to be done **WARNING TO ANYBODY LOOKING FOR JOBS** HR DOESN'T EXIST, (not to any be-fault of her own - she has a horrible boss). What a shame. Talk about people who are narcissistic and bring their friends in to run their stores.
They do not know what taking responsibility is and they don't follow logic. Working for them felt like working for high schoolers. Looks like a great place to work but has run themselves into the ground :( They market themselves as a black and white ran business when it came to actual business they are completely gray. I should have known by the test, but I've been loyal to the places I was before so I was pretty naive when it comes to looking for red flags. I did this test over three years ago and I still remember the true or false question they had. "We are lucky to have you as an employee", and the right answer was "false". What a joke. Anyways, I had started working for the company, and it seemed pretty good in the beginning. They had hardworking loyal employees, and the place buzzed and there would be hard nights, but the restaurant ran somewhat smoothly. After the operations team brought in the manager Susan's bestie, Christie to help co-manage, it started turning into a nightmare. Monthly meetings were no longer about what we have done good and what we could do better. They now felt like I came into a meeting just to get scolded at, and getting told that if silverware keeps going missing, they'll grab mini pools and put the trash in there for us to go digging for their precious silverware. They will also yell at us for not reusing silverware and baskets that have touched the table but "look clean". Be afraid to ask questions or clarifications because they will call you disgruntled and incompetent. (Only reasons questions were asked was because they change their policies without letting people know haha) The company is ran on the fear of getting fired at any moment, and I started loosing my hair and weight. Then, one day, I accidentally pour a 6th big beer which is a BIG NO NO. I have seen multiple people be fired for it. Then Christie and Susan, hide the fact that I do that, not firing me. I'll admit, I was happy I had a job. But I can also acknowledge when I make a mistake, and I had expected to be fired at the end of my shift (yes, they will talk about firing you all day but then wait until you come in and are ready for your shift, and maybe you'll get lucky and they won't use you. Them covering that up caused anxiety because I saw Christie's temper take away tons of great servers and regulars. The Operations team was totally fine with it and even gave her her own store. Speaking of the operations team, they helped when they wanted to, but were pretty much free range to do whatever. Considering they know their one HR person and are pretty close friends. Maybe you'll get lucky and have to serve them during a rush just for them to criticize how fast you were working. Shops would get “busted for closetoed crocks and unzipped jackets” when i specifically remember Josh Fletcher telling us our jackets had to be unzipped and I definitely remember Susan telling us that crocks were good because I WAS THERE DURING THE POLICY CHANGE. They were close toed and non slip. i was also there when they finally allowed us to where laces lol.
They don't bother working when the actual rush is happening. It's a horrible company ran by a horrible person. The way they speak to their employees is also just sad to watch. Mainly because they know they'll get away with it. These people have a very good mask, but they are not fun to work with unless you are able to pull through for some money. Worked here for two years. So glad I am gone, and I am sorry for anyone who has also had to make the same mistake themselves by working here.
