The only Zipps locations I like are in Scottsdale. I guess people are just raised better out there. I haven’t met a worker at this location that is nice and helpful. Why hire people who hate their lives and try to wipe their bad vibes all over you. Will NEVER go back to this location…. Ever y’all suck!

Horrible horrible worst experience ever!!! Manager is horrible. When we told him are food was cold he was very rude. I told him he wasn’t being a good manager he called me a bad person. Then he said he was going to call the police for us trespassing. I wouldn’t recommend.

Came to see sports! I was watching the Women's NCAA tournament and management decided to change the TV from the IU vs SC games. WT? , I SAW THE ENDING on the only other TV standing in aisle. Sad and pitiful, so many TV '

Only thing I asked for was no cheese and when I get my burger is seemed like it had extra cheese. 2nd time comes out my fries were soggy and burger had cheese marks round the pattie smh. Least the people who were there made it a good time. Bad service

Went to this zipps and I was denied service!!!!!!! Crazy! Go to cold beers and cheeseburgers on 67th and deer valley instead, you will have a way better experience.
