The hamburgers are always great. Also, the fried catfish basket is super delicious. I'm a south Georgia girl who is accustomed to catching, cleaning and frying them myself. The Copper Bistro has the best fried catfish, next to mine. I hope this is shared with the entire staff. Kudos to the cook!!!!!!

The Copper Bistro is a nice little diner and a pretty terrific place. The food is outstanding, excellent, great, incredible, extraordinary, and amazing, with outrageously generous and very big portions. Many items are highlighted as outstanding or delicious, including the salads, the cod fish, the fried green beans, the pasta salad, the potato salad, and the fried fish. Specific meals praised are the western burger, the chefs salad, the cranberry chicken salad, the chicken fried steak, the prime rib, the Midstate Burger, and the fish and chips. The fries are noted as crispy, and the restaurant also has the best iced tea and outstanding coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing excellent and prompt service. It is a place highly recommended for lunch or a stop when in the area.
