Love this place! Great service, always friendly. The salsa is great!
I have been here multiple times and every menu item I’ve tried has been great (green chile Gordita is one of my favorites). Food is delicious and staff are very friendly.

Gorditas Dona Rosa is a fantastic restaurant that is hiding right out in the open. The facility is very clean, and the staff delivers very warm and friendly customer service. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with just the right balance of cozy and lively. The food is absolutely incredible, with everything having so much flavour. The Gorditas are especially amazing, very unique, and unlike anything else, with many different Gordita options. The salsa served alongside is fantastic, with the perfect amount of heat. Other menu items like the rice, chicken tacos, flour chips, a number 12, buttered tortillas, chips, salsa, and drinks are also great. The prices are very reasonable. The service is excellent from start to finish, with staff who are incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. The waitstaff makes sure everything is perfect and makes customers feel more than just another table. This place exceeds expectations and is definitely worth stopping at if anywhere near Globe. It is a place to come back to a lot, with friends too, and to recommend to friends.
