I eat at Judy's Cook House as a long-standing tradition with my family, 3rd generation, and the food is great, service is very friendly and on top of things! My coffee never ran out, and my hotcakes, sausage and bacon were how I expected, large, tasty and worth the buy. For $16.80 including my coffee, you cant beat the price today!
Food was good enough. Though the 2.99 charge to put cheese on my French dip (literally meat and bun otherwise) was a punch to the gut.
Bathrooms on the otherhand- literally disgusting. This was our last stop on a 20 hour road trip home from Texas and these bathrooms were the worst by far. Even my kids commented on it and their standards are much much lower.

Food, service, and atmosphere were good. Our server did a good job of explaining items on the menu and she was attentive. Food could have been a little better. Atmosphere is just okay. This place is just like any other diner, appearance wise.
