The manager was very unprofessional I saw her yelling at a couple employees when I walked in the door and she fired both employees in front of everybody causing a huge scene, the most unprofessional experience I have ever had and when It was my turn to order my sandwich I was met with pure rudeness, I will not be returning to this location and I think they need to reevaluate there staff

Service needs help. Every time I went in for a sub staff is always in a bad mood. During the last visit, when they suggested to go across town to the other subway, I went right next door to the Mexican restaurant. Food was better and staff was friendly. No longer wasting my money at this location.

I’ve been getting salads here for about a year. Always impressed with how good they are. Tonight I ordered online. Didn’t look at it til I got home. Lazy workers didn’t cut up meat. Full slices thrown on top. I paid $1.05 for avocado. None. Shredded cheese should have been x2. Barely x1.worst part…. Under the full slices of lunch meat was a solid layer of black pepper. I threw away the pieces w the most and still all I tasted was pepper. Those 2 teenagers guys should be reprimanded. My advice to them…..if you have a job at least try. Otherwise there’s no reason for you to be there. Guys, don’t live your life doing the minimum. Your mom will be disappointed. Oh and not 1 other customer in the store. No I didn’t take it back to tired and phone was dead so no pictures.

The vegetables looked at least a week old. Not sure about the meat and cheese. I will never eat at this Subway ever again.
This is the slowest subway I’ve ever been too.. I usually drive across town to go to the other one but I made the mistake of stopping in yesterday. What a waste of time and money, looking back I should have just left. Zero sense of urgency which I could respect if they could get an order right.. even though I spoke slow and clear the lady still managed to mess up the order behind the metal lid and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault. Prices go up and customer service goes down.

I ordered a six pack of chocolate chip cookies online. Instead of baking more they simply waited 40 minutes for me to get to the store to tell me they didn't have any chocolate chip cookies. And that I could pick out of the cookies that they had. Which were all the flavor of cookies nobody wants. This happened at 4 p.m. So it's not like they were trying to clean up and go home either. Just pure unprofessional laziness.

Went to try the new churros and the guy waiting on us, Chris, was immediately annoyed and sighed throughout making our order as though it's hard to throw them in the toaster for a few seconds. I don't typically go to this subway, and I won't go there again. Too much attitude.
