Food is mediocre and over priced. Drinks are over priced. Our table server was very nice, but one of the bar staff was very rude to us, which left a bad taste and we left feeling annoyed, so not in a hurry to return.

Great lunch. At first we were surprised by the fairly high prices for burgers and sandwiches. But the food was great and the portions were really big. Our waitress was excellent. A little slow getting our food but worth the wait. We were very pleased.

Soo much food! Sharing would be advisable. Very friendly. They also have a full calendar of talented artists performing weekly.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options. I didn't try them.

Extremely over priced. The Ribeye and sautéed mushrooms were horrible. Way over seasoned and the seasoning itself was awful. Hard to ruin a baked potato but they managed to serve and over baked little tiny potatoe. I am digusted by the amount of money we paid for one of the worst steaks in my 60 years.

I arrived today 3/12/24 at 11am and ordered a to-go at the bar for $57 dollars.Tipped 10 bucks and the bartender swooped it up and disappeared.I continued to sit at the bar for 43 minutes waiting for my to-go order to finally show up.Attn: Management refund me my $10.I was embarrassed for them.

Tasty nachos and great sangria. Looking forward to watching KC football here next year.Loved the service and that each TV had something different on it.

Our service and food were fantastic! However the band played during the dinner hour, were way too loud for such a small dining room, no way could we visit with others in our party. I would like to go back but refuse to do so if the band is playing. BTW, the music was good but way too loud.

Had a fun time with the live music, though the crowd seemed kinda laconic. Generally decent food but the fried zucchini was an overcooked mess. Service was good.

Not recommended. Menu states french fries are gluten free so the celiac in our party ordered them, explaining to the waitperson that they have celiac disease. The fries arrived quickly, hot, and lightly battered. They appeared to not be gluten free. When asked to confirm if the fries were actually, the staff said that if one has allergies they should not eat at this restaurant. When it was pointed out that the waitperson was told the person ordering the fries is a celiac, the waitperson says that they don’t actually know what that means. It is unconscionable to be so cavalier and irresponsible with this as it presents real medical consequences.Other than this issue the place deserves 3 stars with musician adding one star to 2 star food and 2 star service. Not recommended.

I must say that this establishment is well-organized and the team works efficiently together. The chef is unique, which I like to see, reminds me of Gordon Ramsey, but reserved. I was Spending the weekend in town and decided to go into The Stallion.I spent two days at the bar drinking coffee and water( yes, I'm crazy lol) and I must say I don't think I've ever been so comfortable and welcomed with a establishment like The Stallion. Thanks staff! spot on with the food too!

On a road trip… when we first got to the restaurant this was exactly what we wanted: something local. We ordered a few medium temp burgers, but unfortunately they were burnt. Otherwise, the sweet potato fries and Hottie Tottie (medicine ball drink) were great and got me feeling better from this cold.
