Very unfriendly, dirty, multiple items were out and when not just us but others told the staff they just looked at us like a deer in head lights. A couple of staff members were just standing around not doing anything when clearly they could have been cleaning up the dinning area or the restrooms, or even restocking the things that were out. Please and thank you or a smile go a long way and it might have changed our perspective on the overall experience.
