Cookies are nasty. Paid 5.00 for a stale cookie that I threw away. . Don't buy into the hype.

He certainly takes a great amount of pride in his product. As other reviewers had mentioned, the cookie itself is a little chalky and you can still taste flour. Given the price the best I can really do fairly is three stars.

Bought one 5.00 cookie at carefree wine festival. Wasn’t warm as promised too sweet & dry. Threw over half away after my husband & I each tried it

I experienced the Best Customer Service EVER when I had the opportunity to meet the owner of Mr. Nelson’s Cookies!First, you should know Mr. Nelson only bakes 24 dozen perfect cookies a day-four days a week and he always sells out! He also spent years creating the world famous best Chocolate Chip Cookie! He has one flavor because why mess with perfection?!?I woke up thinking about these cookies because of a great conversation I had with his wife the night before. So I got in my car and drove to the bakery to taste the perfect cookie.Mr. Nelson was so kind to wrap up some fresh baked cookies for me and greeted me with a smile and a few stories at the door. I brought one home for each of my family members and the great reviews are in!Thank you Mr. Nelson! You can find him online and ship anywhere in the continental US or swing by his spot Saturday Mornings at the Gilbert Farmer’s Market.

Mr. Nelson is a very nice man — however, the cookies are NOT good — let alone “The World’s Perfect Chocolate-Chip Cooke.”Nestle’s Toll-House-Cookies made with BUTTER are without debate…much BETTER than Mr. Nelson’s Cookies. The cookies are $5.00 a piece…you’d be more satisfied buying a package of “Chips-Ahoy” cookies — they taste better even thought they’re NOTHING like the Nestle’s Toll-House” all things considered. I wish Mr. Nelson well (no animosity) just needed to type up my experience from the Scottsdale Art walk — do yourselves a favor and save your $5.00 dollars — you can THANK me later!

These are without a doubt the best chocolate cookies I’ve had in my life, and I’m a very picky chocolate cookie eater as they are the only cookies I eat. Had them at the AZ Fair and Enchanted, thank you Mr. Nelson for your hard work!

Mr. Nelson was selling his cookies at Enchant in Scottsdale and had great customer service and took care of all of his customers. His chocolate chip cookies were so soft, gooey, and delicious.

Bought two cookies at the tempe art festival. They are wildly overpriced to start with, so you’re expecting something at least okay. They aren’t. They are shockingly bad. How a person could think they are good is beyond me. Maybe it was just the batch that day but the cookie was entirely raw in the middle. After baking the already baked cookie again in my oven it is still raw and still terrible. I’m not convinced it wasn’t made of play-doh.

Picked up a cookie tonight at Enchant Christmas in Scottsdale. The cookie was excellent quality. Tasted fresh, had nice depth of flavors, a hefty weight, and wasn't overly sugary like some cookies can be. I can only imagine it would have been heavenly warmed up. I think some of these would make a nice gift.

Purchase a cookie today at Tempe Art Festival. The sales person was very detailed in describing the cookie,I couldn’t wait to taste it… not impressed! It was not good to me at all, ended up throwing it away, a waste of $5.00

Sorry- but I tried these cookies at an art fair in Carefree Az. Maybe the cookies were stale- but not very good. Way too much cookie and not enough chocolate chips. Was soft in the middle- but didn’t care for the flavor. I guess I’ll just still with the toll house recipe coming right out of the oven. Definitely not a $5 cookie.
