I experienced the Best Customer Service EVER when I had the opportunity to meet the owner of Mr. Nelson’s Cookies!First, you should know Mr. Nelson only bakes 24 dozen perfect cookies a day-four days a week and he always sells out! He certainly takes a great amount of pride in his product. As other reviewers had mentioned, the cookie itself is a little chalky and you can still taste flour. Given the price the best I can really do fairly is three stars.
