The noddle had absolutely no flavor . But the service was good a little slow but good . As for ambiance it's alil pricey for food that has no flavor

It was okay. I've only been to ugly tuna and this place for sushi and I will honestly say it was okay. I wouldn't NOT go but the service was awesome. I'm not going to bash on that. I'm reviewing strictly the sushi.

We went on Valentine’s Day. We knew the wait would be crazy. We waited 2 hrs. The hostess was very rude. We had to wait that long because the first party of 8 miscounted a person. It happens. There was only 2 of us we know it gets tricky when seating for hibachi .Then they say the next party didn’t want others so we would have to wait again!!!! YeaA nooo for me.. so we ended up sitting with some very nice families. while waiting we sat at the bar. The bartender was AMAZING! She made our wait bearable. Her customer service was great, she was very attentive to us. Would definitely go back to the bar. When seated we really got no show. Justa napkin on fire lol and getting my face wet by the little “peeing” guy lol … It was bleh! To say the least. The food was very rushed. Sriracha made it better. Overall it was a 3/10 . Would love to go again and hopefully have a way better experience.

Dinner was excellent, and the service was great. The only thing I would say is the hostess is not very good. We stopped her and asked her to give me change for $20 so we could tip the cook. She refused and said she would be back; she never came back.

I use to love this place and would go here on occasions BUT Never again will i dine here… Brought my family here for my daughters 16th birthday and from the moment we checked in, had an attitude from every employee. Once we got seated we waited 15 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge us nobody would even make eye contact every time they passed by our table. Then it took another 15 minutes just to bring the drinks, we weren’t ready yet, so she said she’d be right back. That was another 20 minutes by the time we got to Order we were already there for at least 40 minutes… finally get our food the soup was not even hot and the food just did not taste flavorful, very bland, not hot at all, tastes reheated, I let the manager know that there was a birthday celebration going on and the look on her face was just careless and stuck up!The bathrooms were disgusting, nobody looked happy, the water was leaking from the ceiling with buckets everywhere, the floors were sticky, the place just didn’t feel clean. 3 of us got sick right after eating there.I will never return to this location again. They should not include gratuity in the bill because it was way more than what was deserved!Your better off going to the peoria location!

Food is great every time we go and great prices! Service is amazing attentive nice and pleasant. We go early so it's calm peaceful a wonderful lunch out with family.
Off the beaten path from where I was but was craving hibachi so here I was. Fantastic food and menu. Will admit I ordered way too much food but it made great for leftovers. Whether sushi or hibachi- it didn't disappoint and it was economically priced. Only gave one star less as I had requested hibachi seating and despite seeing room he said he was full for another hour or more and where they sat me- I didn't care for. A table for 1 I didn't want to be in the middle of the room as I was.

Great service and the atmosphere was decent. A little cold inside but not too bad.The food was more like a 2.5 Star. I’ve had far better food at a Steakhouse. The food wasn’t flavored well and think that’s what made me give it an average rating.I may try it again to give them a second chance.

Did not even get to be seated. The manager has no idea of customer service. We got to the restaurant at 4:45pm for a 5:00pm open. In front of was a party of 15 with many young children: behind us was a total of 8 more people. Once the first party was seated there were 5 seats left at one station and an entire station open. We asked to not be sat with the children. They would not seat us at the open station because they had to fill the other first. We said take the others first and we will sit at the other station. The host told the manager we wanted our own table, which was not the case. The manager then said if we don't sit he will just keep skipping us. Never been to a restaurant that was so disorganized and no idea of any sort of pleasing the customer. We will never go back.

This place is 'hit or miss'. Been there on a few occasions. Last time I was there, food was great and service was great!This visit though was pretty bad though. Our hostess made us wait outside and then skipped over us rather than come outside to call us when our table was ready, they made us wait additional time although they forgot us on their list.We got sat and our water tasted as if it came from a fish tank. Our server was the bartender who was also covering the dining area in front of the bar. He was polite and apologized for the inconvenience from the hostess and seemed generally attentive to us.Appetizers were good, the Sushi was okay, they've made better in the past. The kitchen food was definitely sub par. The dishes I've had before on prior occasions were delicious. Tonight that was not the case. Our table for four were unimpressed with our meals, mainly flavor issues possibly issues with their sauces in the noodle dishes. The complimentary miso soup and salad was not offered to us. Needless to say, our table of four, non picky eaters left lots of food on our plates and as a person who loves leftovers declined a to-go container for my leftovers.Our server described the night as a dumpster fire. Understandable as we did go around the holiday season. But when us four pay nearly 400$ for dinner after tip you'd expect quality.Maybe this visit was a fluke, hope next visit will be better. This was a 2 star review, put as a 3 star for the prior visit that was actually good.
