Victoria is awesome. Hospitality and customer service skills are 10/10. I order at this location a lot and always get the same service from her. She needs a raise and whoever trained her as well.

Food was delicious. Expensive,messy, tasty.
My family was very happy with their meals. For the uninitiated, you order a meal and eat it out of the bag it was cooked in. Or, you toss it on the table and eat it all straight from there. Very bohemian. I would avoid the fried food and get the boil. My Jambalaya was good but served in a disappointing portion. I'm still hungry 😂. I think the server just had some sort of beef with me because she seemed pretty congenial with everyone at my table and her other tables. Oh well. Maybe it was my face. Heads up: the tip was included on the bill for my party of seven. Overall, my family loved it and I'm sure they would recommend it.

Went with my family (5 of us) had to wait even though plenty of tables open. People came in after us and got seated right away while we were still waiting. Ordered very basic menu items but all of our food came out separately. Was told fried food was backed up but the 2 orders of fried food came before the order of grilled shrimp for my son and I order shrimp and grits that wasn’t brought out just had to tell them to make it to go because everyone was already done and ready to go. Manager or someone came over and comped the shrimp and grits. I took notice to how everyone else was treated and got their food together and in a timely manner to when they ordered. Just from the get go it seemed like there was no quality service towards my family. Used to frequent this place but won’t be going back

Friendly greetings with smiles on faces. It was packed but they seem unphased.
Made it fun for me and my girls.
Drinks came out fast service was great. I understand the place was packed but they got food out as fast as possible.
Mariah was the best.
Even though it was busy they got a special birthday 🎂 request in for my girl.
Will be returning.

Everyone there is so welcoming and personal. We laughed and joked with the wait staff and the managers. A great time was had. We love coming to this location

I took my husband out for an early birthday dinner on 1/5/25. No wait time seated immediately. Waitress was great. However the seafood boil we have purchased numerous times was awful. The trifecta sauce was very watery and was not flavorful. My husband and I both complained to the waiter. She let the manager know. He came to the table and apologized. We paid $116 plus a $20 tip. I was not satisfied at all. I will not be going back. Didn’t finish my food or my $15 liquor beverage.

Got wrong seasoning on our Bag so too spicy for my daughter...was never offered to make it right... Just got extra butter to make it right so thanks I guess... Bummer on our first time... Daughter not happy on our Date...Hense Angryyyy

So I have a love hate relationship with this place. Have never gone and left here with out something screwed up; today was no exception. But at least it wasn't my order that was messed up. The one thing they did do, which is a pet peeve of mine especially this time of the year. They do gift card promotions, but 25 dollars and get a 5 dollar bonus card. The requirement says that you can't use the bonus card same day. Which makes total sense. So I asked about being able to do the deal? And was told no, that it can't be the same day when the fine print clearly says it can. So I said that's fine I don't need the deal, then I will have to come back. And I also automatically take a star for automatically gratuities the table. This to me as another service complaint as I personally think that practice should be out lawed but I kind of get why they do it. But I usually make a point to tip more on bigger bills when they don't automatically add gratuity. But I know at a certain point I'll be back for some seafood boil. This is one of those places I can't stay away from forever but It will have to be awhile before I come back. If I had the bonus gift cards I would be back in the next month instead of a few years. Happy eating!

We usually enjoy dining in this place. On this occasion we didn't get the "it was great" experience. We ordered a breaded catfish basket with Cajun fries, spicy chicken sandwich, 3 chicken tenders and a pound of headless shrimp with trifecta sauce and a level 4 spicyness. The sandwich was really good, loved it actually. The catfish was (in my opinion) not cooked enough even though the breading was a little overcooked, it felt and tasted somewhat bland and didn't have a lot of flavor, we loved the shrimp, what we didn't like at all was the tenders, they were dry, hard and with no flavor. Over all, our experience this time was not good , hopefully we feel better in our next visit.

This place has really gone hill! My husband and I both ordered the catfish basket and a dozen wings. My catfish wasn't cooked thoroughly and was ahort a wing....brought it to the waitress' attention right away. She got the "manager" and he offered to replace it. Once he brought out the new catfish, it once again wasn't cooked thoroughly. The manager tried to justify that they followed the instructions and temperature regulations for cooking. We explained that we've never had that issue before here, but that seemed to fall on deaf ears. He acted as if he did us a favor by taking it off the bill...I obviously shouldn't pay for something that was inedible. We won't be back at least to this location.
