I'm shocked this place has the rating it does. Every time we have a pickup order we wait a minimum of an extra 30mins before it's ready and it's usually a pretty small order. An hour for 2 meals with Luke warm food and stale fries is insane especially on a Tuesday evening.

A girlfriend and I went out
to Applebee's the Appetizers were great drinks were reasonable we enjoyed ourselves.
We had a couple of Margaritas.

Went in for dinner after the Suns game, extremely disappointed attempted to sit at the bar due to it being late but was exposed to four extremely drunk older gentlemen talking loud and disruptive using profane language. The bartender attempted to control them but after briefly sitting there my party and I decided to eat elsewhere. The resturant is really started to show its age. It’s unfortunate as I’ve been patronizing this restaurant since moving here in 2017, but after this experience I doubt I’ll ever return.

Kelly epitomizes the elite echelon of bar tending in one of my favorite neighborhood pubs. Her amazing memory and honed skillset allows her to effortlessly recall her patrons names, favorite drink, and make them feel truly welcomed all in the flash of a hat.

The place is worn down. All the lights in the restaurant are just cheap hanging lightbulbs with no covers making for a very uncomfortable environment with a light bulb in your face for dinner. We ordered pickle fries, which were limp and not very good. The chicken parm and Alfredo sauce tasted like leftovers after you’ve microwaved it 2 or 3 times. Lastly the bourbon steak was ordered medium rare and came out raw. We asked it be cooked further, to medium, and when it came back out and we started eating it, it became clear the whole piece of steak was just gristle and pretty much inedible. We came because someone gave us a $50 gift card, and felt like we paid $60 for microwaved leftovers.

It was lunch time, got in right away, server was nice and quick without rushing you. Reason for the 4 star is i got the loaded waffle fries, they had burn marks on them, not sure how you burn waffle fries, but they did, they still tasted great so its no big deal.

Saw the 3 for $14.99 promo. Went in and seated fast. Ordered and food took only 10 minuets to arrive. Hot tasty food and was checked in on by many employees. Service was EXCELLENT !!!

Found a piece of glass in my burger, almost cut my mouth

It fill like the waitress was getting mad when I was asking for chicken tenders when it was the all you can eat buffet/she put the fake smile on/ I understand sometimes you don't want to work but you have to or probably she thought I was not going to tip her/ restaurant was very hot please put the AC on/ I still tip the waitress well 35 percent of my bill

Worst steak ever, burnt tasted like cartboard, I ate the shrimp and mash potatoe cause I was hungry , will never stop at Applebees ever again, I shouldn’t accepted but my wife doesn’t like scandals

We went for reverse happy hour after a tough week and it was exactly what we needed. Had apps and drinks, others were friendly and asking for music choices for the juke box. Great time!
