Enjoyed a nice meal with WONDERFUL service from Becca. Kept our drink filled, our food came out good and hot.
Thank you, Becca!!
Today for the third time we walked out. We waited 10 minutes and no one came to our table.
Dear Applebee's, you need to hire more servers, fix your booth seats (there is no padding) and there is no alcohol in your booze.
Karla was very attentive and friendly. Service was great. And the new pasta recommendation was amazing. Great addition to the menu. I hope it’s here to stay!
Sat at a bar table. We were ignored several times and had to yell at her for her attention. Super bad experience. The food was delicious, but the experience was not there.
Great specials. I went on Monday night with my son. He had a hamburger, fries and a drink all for $10. Endless fries. I had aa chicken sandwich w/ endless fries and drink f
I've been coming here for ar least 5 years and its always been great. Last night on a Saturday was surprisingly bad. The hostess was so rude and obviously did not want to be there, I had a Ceasar salad with grilled chicken that was salty, the artichoke dip was thin , just bad served in the bowl messy, our drinks, 4 perfect Patron margaritas were weak. The waitress was the best part, she was very nice and attentive. We probably won't be back any time soon folks.
Even though the site was crowded, the team was very nice!
Food was good the music was toooooo loud tho
Recently went here on a Friday night around 6pm. Was told there would be a 40 minute wait but when I looked around half the tables were empty. Short staffed maybe? Not good on a Friday night. So we went across the street to Chili's. We returned again on a Monday night, no wait this time but they said they weren't serving burgers or sandwiches because they didn't have any hamburger buns. Again, went across the street to Chili's.

I am leaving two reviews here.
First was a five-star experience with my wife . We came in mid afternoon, and the service was very good. I can not remember the waitresses name, unfortunately.
The next evening I came by with a friend. After we were seated, we ordered out food. We ordered water with lemon as well as other drinks. We had to ask a second time for the waters. We waited! Others who came in after us were eating, but nothing else came to our table. Then finally the food came after about 45 minutes. I asked immediately for some honey bbq sauce for my fries. The waiter said it would be an up charge. Hmm, I never had an uncharged before. We skipped the sauce. He left, and we noticed that the fries were cold. Not just cool, but cold! Then, when I picked up my chicken sandwich, the entire bottom of the bun fell out soggy wet. It was also cold. At that point, we asked for the manager. He offered to remake the food and fix the issue, but we had burned an hour on a tight schedule already. We were not charged and left. I believe the entire issue was the new waiter. He seemed to bounce around and get a little overwhelmed. Likely forgot our order. An experienced one would have been on top of it right away. I would definitely come back to this location due to my prior experiences here. This is just a reminder that just about everything is a team effort, and it only takes one mishap to ruin whatever it is you are involved in. Good manager at this location.
Not a great place to eat. Food was mediocre and it took 50 mins to get out food during a none busy time.
They have very excellent service.
Christopher at the McDowell/Litchfield location provided superb service. He was quick and efficient. Great job!
