Have yet to try their food, but I had to write a review just for the customer service over the phone ALONE! Michaela helped me so so much. I called to ask multiple questions as my Fiance and I are considering Babbos for our wedding catering. She took my number down to give to the catering manager since they were not in when I called and I wanted to come in for a tasting. She also thouroughly answered any questions I had for the dine in menu in case we wanted to go in tonight. She was so polite, even helping me navigate their website over the phone. Michaela was very professional and kind. Thank you so much!! This staff member deserves to be recognized. I cannot tell you how many times I have had bad customer service experiences where the representative/staff seemed annoyed or bothered when you ask for help. This call made me excited to come in!!!

Keeping it simple . This place was great . Ben, our server was top notch and professional from beginning to end . The food was delicious and the wait was not long at all from the time we ordered . Highly recommend the artichoke dip for starters . Atmosphere was nice and calm without having to talk too loud . Music was appropriate. Genuinely good experience here

This was my first time here why with a large group. Service was slow considering we were the only ones there when we ordered. Also the server gave us guff about separate checks, but would have been easy to do ( i worked in the food industry for many years) we had 2 birthday girls at the table and they did not offer them anything...no cake no ice cream not even a mirachino cherry. It was expensive and the atmosphere left much to desire. I wouldnt choose to come here again unless invited by a friend who liked it.

Terrible food. small portions, over priced. Never again. This bowl of pasta was $40 dollars. it’s a tiny bowl of soup. Taste is awful…. it’s runny. I paid $7 for extra chicken… which I doubt they even added. Because there was barely any.. it tastes like rubber and you can tell it’s been frozen forever. The side salad was $9😂 It is tiny and the lettuce is brown. This meal was $138 for 3 adults and one kid.. Literally 3.5 meals and everyone was disappointed. Bummer

Never been there before and went for a birthday. I decided to try the lasagna. It was huge and I ended up eating it for three meals. It was delicious. Someone had the spaghetti and meatball special. I tried a piece of the meatball and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly. My family and I will definitely be back.
