We order lunch for our team every week and frequently order from this Barros. One of my employees was eating lunch and found a nail baked into the pizza. I had called to speak with the manager as it caused an injury to my employee and didn’t want further safety to be an issue for anyone else. As I was on the phone with the manager, he hung up on me. I took the box of pizza, and the nail to them in person after then NEVER called me back and what they said was “I will call corporate, and give half a refund”. This absolutely ridiculous that 1 they never called me back after hanging up then 2 only get a partial refund?! I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars here for my team and this is the response that I get. Absolutely never returning 1. For safety and 2. For lack of customer service/empathy from the”manager”.

The pizzas generally meet our quality standards; however, on occasion, they emerge from the oven appearing undercooked. We recommend extending the baking time slightly to ensure a more consistent crust.
Typically, we re-bake the pizza upon getting home.

I called 3 min before they closed (didn't know they closed at 10) but they took my order, I ordered a gluten free pizza and it was delicious! I am so scared to eat pizza because of my celiac disease and they prepared and had my pizza ready as soon as I walked in. I would like to thank Bryanna for taking my order and being patient with me when I asked questions. Thank you to the staff for being safe with my order, I really appreciate it 😊 🙏this one is went to this evening was on Pebble Creek and McDowell in Goodyear
We live nearby, so we go to Barro's on McDowell in Goodyear quite often. Both, my husband and I love their pizza, and I usually order wings . I can't consume a full order of wings, so I take the rest home. Lately the wings have been VERY dry . They are NOT as good as they used to be. Are they pre-cooked nowadays ? They taste even worse the next day when I try to reheat them (not in the microwave). :(

So I barely got home, before i made this review for today's dinner. Online ordering was okay, and the food was ready when I arrived. After slogging through traffic, I finally pull up to my house. I open my pizza box, and what do I find? No Green Peppers! Everything else was fine, but absolutely no green peppers at all!! And I have no idea why. Were they out? Did someone forget? Whatever the reason is, I was disappointed with my purchase. The food wasn't bad, I'm just sad to see my order wasn't fulfilled to the fullest.
