Was in here this afternoon! Won't be coming back. Very rude staff, and they are a rip off! They won't even fill your ice creams or milkshakes to what it is supposed to be! Management is awful! Please guys dont waste your money. They dont deserve anyone's business

I stopped by yesterday and was told the bubble gum and pumpkin cheesecake will be out the next day. Stopped by the next day and the staff behind the counter pretty much called the staff the day before a liar because it’s not out today and it takes an hour to defrost. I need the ice cream for a dessert I’m making. This is exhausting!! You’ve lost a customer

Wonderful experience at BNR today. I hadn’t visited in a while trying to watch my sugar. But today I craved a Banana Royale this young man took such prestige in making my banana royale, he carefully placed the bananas around the bottom of the cup, scooped my two favorite ice creams black walnut and pistachio added the topping and whipped cream and gently placed two left over bananas on top with plenty of nuts and a cherry on top! That banana royale tasted so delicious and it helped that this young took so much care in preparing it! Great Job!!

My wife took my kid to this location after getting shots with promises of ice cream and the doors were locked while hours were open with no sign or postage of returning or why

This is a brand new BR shop & I'm super happy it has opened, I have gotten great service and the icecream I've had is Wonderful😁. My only criticism is the door is Very difficult to open!! Lol

I absolutely love this location! I was so annoyed with the location closest to my house and their terrible service that I tried this location out since it was close to my daughter’s daycare. I was very impressed at the difference in the locations customer service absolutely amazing, my shake was on point and they are so nice.

Moved by this place 4 months ago and I've been craving strawberry cheesecake for months, so I finally decided to stop by. They didn't have strawberry cheesecake flavored ice cream, so I didn't get anything. My husband got an ice cream oreo cake and my son got a chocolate dipped with sprinkles cone with 2 scoops. Total was $34, which is crazy. The ice cream cake alone was $23.99, but it was EXTREMELY thin. Maybe half an inch thick. Mind you, the actual ice cream part was MAYBE a centimeter thick. Outrageous. Never coming back.
