Seriously just had the worst banana split and another sundae I have ever seen in my life .. I can not believe they let that go out the door and I paid what I paid for it .. last time I order from there or ever go there

I ordered 1 coffee only 1 and they couldn't get that right. Clearly told them NO SUGAR, WITH CREAMER. And they did it the opposite and didn't notice until I was home since it was for my wife. I try and call the store and the phone is out of service! Pathetic, need some real customer service!

I don’t even know how this place functions fr. They NEVER have what they advertise as in stock on their website and yet never communicate that to Uber Eats so then they waste my time and money and the uber drivers time and gas.

If there is management at the store, they should get rid of everyone that works here. You have multiple customers come in waiting, with three staff who say nothing to them. We ordered a cake two days prior to the date of pick up, only to find out there was a miscommunication between stores, and the cake was not made, so we were given a refund. We asked why the phone doesn’t the phone work when we call and we were told that they don’t want call the phone people. How does management let this store operate?

Horrible service. I ordered a cake through UberEats, paid, but never received the cake. I tried to contact them, but nobody responded. Left two voice messages, but still nothing. Don't recommend.

Very friendly staff, but be advised, this is not a "full" Baskins Robbins. You can't even tell at all from outside that it's a BR31. It's a combo DunkinDonuts / BaskinRobbins.Inside, they have maybe 12 flavors, definitely not 31+.
