The ice cream itself was great, as always. Unfortunately, the customer service really took away from the experience. Vanessa, the employee who helped us, seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. When my daughter asked her a question, she made her feel uncomfortable and as if it was a silly question, which was very disappointing.
She also complained about the chocolate fudge flavor being too hard and said she might not be able to sell it, suggesting we pick a backup flavor instead of trying to help.
I will return because the ice cream is good, but if she is working, I won’t be purchasing.

Obviously the owner is that cheap! I was in and ordered a medium milkshake. She did not want to fill it all the way up. I asked her if she was going to fill it up. She replied with my boss doesn't like us wasting. So she got to make the decision for me on if I would be finishing a milkshake that I am paying for! I handed it right back and left! Please dont waste your money. I have looked at other reviews and this is obviously a common problem! Go to dairy queen.

While the ice cream visit was what we wanted, the bad review is for advertising for a $5 off for orders over $20. So I brought my entire family over to enjoy some ice cream. Then when we brought up the coupon the staff claimed it could not be redeemed because we had a double scoop on the order which “auto discounted” the cone so the $5 off could not be applied.
So be careful of any “discounts” or “coupons” you think you are getting

This location is way better than the Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins on Estrella Pkwy which is actually closer to my house but I prefer this location. It's clean, friendly staff and the custom cakes have all turned out so good and cost about what you'd expect for a custom cake, I didn't feel it was over priced for what I got. It's a little hard to find but if you just drive to the Ah-Hai Sushi place you can't miss it, would definitely recommend coming here!

We've been here probably 10 times in the few months they've been open & everyone has always been extremely helpful and pleasant. The staff is relatively young but they've always been very personable and great at making recommendations on flavors. Oden & the crew are always smiling.

I should have read the reviews before coming! Ordered a large shake, and got given a 3/4 of the cup, disappointed!
The last few times here, they have started to add more milk and less ice cream to shakes so I might as well be drinking a glass of milk from home

I ordered a custom Cars birthday cake for my two-year-old boy. Upon picking it up, everything looked delicious, but the cake decorator misspelled my son‘s name 🤦♂️I even put in the notes to not do so and it still happened. The two girls at the front didn’t decorate the cake and had nothing to do with it, but they went above and beyond to make it right and flash froze the cake to peel off the misspelling. Jocelyn went ahead and gave it a valiant effort, though nervous, and not sure if she could do it, boy oh boy she did it. It looked perfect and she made it right. Thank you guys. The cake was delicious. My son had a great time. Ka-Chow!
