You guys need to take that breakfast burrito off the menu, it is sooo crusty, super dry and the sour cream salsa does not help it at all .$5.90 was wasted on a burrito with almost no egg, unseason dried shredded has brown and soggy

Don't get coffee here in the morning especially. The people are super nice and friendly but the wait times are agonizing! There was only 3 cars in line and it takes 30 min to get coffee. This is the 4th consecutive time this has happened to me at this location as well.

Recently opened October 2023. First visit. Service was on point. Clean inside. Mocha tasted a little bitter. Not sure why. It seemed to be prepared a little different than other locations. I will have to come back another time to try again. Maybe Batista is new. It sounds like training going on. After I stirred my drink the bitterness subsided. My wife agreed with opinion with the bitterness prior to stirring up.

I have no idea why they changed their menu. How in the world can you call a round hard ball a flipping bagel? It’s doesn’t have a hole and isn’t even the shape of a bagel. The texture was so hard you couldn’t even take a bite. My son tried to feed it to the dogs and they chewed on it like bone. Worse than six day old bread that has sat out the entire time. Coffee has changed as well. Will not come here again. Ever.

The coffee is okay but they are always out of donuts which is funny since they advertise it as “all day bakery”
They have good coffee and standard coffee shop food. My biggest issue is the coupons. When they opened they gave out all these $2 try a drink coupons. It has been noting but headache to use them. The coupon will specifically say the size it's for but they will always give you the smallest size. Also they use to let you use more then one coupon per order but now they don't. I wouldn't care if the coupon said this on it but it doesn't. Why give out promotional coupons if you don't want to accept them. And when I say I'm going to cancel the drink because the coupon can't be used they roll their eyes at me.I will say that I love the other location but this one arguing with me about what the coupon is good for when it's clearly written on it has ruined the location. Other words their promotion made have broken expectations.

I had been wanting to try this place for awhile and this location recently opened up near us. I really enjoyed their hot Americano with just a little bit of milk. However, the food was just okay. I thought my egg and ricotta breakfast sandwich was fine, but a little bland. The chocolate covered cronut was pretty good though. I would probably stop in for a coffee again, but skip the food.
