Supposed to be the best donuts in AZ but they’re actually the worse! Previously, during the grand opening, they told me they had a 10% military discount. Now, all of a sudden it’s no longer a discount? Weird! I’ve never heard of a business having a military discount and then abruptly, not? Also during this visit, the donut holes we purchased were stale! I sent an email regarding the stale donuts and asked about the military discount but, no response! This was about 2 months ago. I definitely will not be back! Poor quality products, along with poor customer service!

My husband and I came for breakfast sandwiches and a smoothie . They asked what we wanted in the window and stayed silent for a few minutes. We said hello and they said anything else? Yes, ham and cheese breakfast sandwich with egg. We pulled up. Took a very long time to come to window. No one was in the building ordering or drive thru. She comes to window we repeat our order and asked if we want sliced bread? No we asked for croissants please. After minutes later she brings food. We ask for a receipt, as she’s getting it printed. I open up package it’s cold ham and cheese no egg. I show her it’s cold and no eggs. She takes it back and they warm it up and add egg. We have been to different location but by far worst location.

Absolutely loved! Came in 9 months pregnant with cravings. Got a drink and a bunch of donuts, absolutely delicious and affordable! The people in there were so kind and sweet! I Will be coming back

Went to the drive though to get a donut for my daughter and I… But it looks like they just threw our donuts in the bag. My 5 year old was like “what happened with the donut” Girl at the drive thru can’t even say hi and just handed me the card machine… where’s the customer service at? And presentation for the donut??? Seriously?
