Grabbed a to go order here for my step kids, per their request. They wanted some wings and specifically asked for the ones from here. They really enjoyed them and loved the variety of sauces since they didn’t want anything too hot. Pricing was good.

Came here to get some food I got here at 813pm and we got seated and ordered right away. I get it it’s busy but we didn’t get out food until 50 mins or so later, my food was cold and the waitress always passed us by and not even asked us if we needed anything or updated us on our food.

The wings are dried out.. old..the reason.. perhaps bad managementat every location in Phoenix? it seems... your staff does not care about quality and it shows.. you will go out of business due only to unprofessional staff , and laziness. Very unfortunate 😕

I type this as I sit here and try to make sense of what this approximation of chili con queso dip is… it’s basically queso broth with how watered down and flavorless it is. Bdubs is a shell of its former self and it is very disappointing to behold. They used to be a beacon of delicious wings and apps in a desert of stale food choices but now? Now they’re just watered down dips and mutants small wings. (The bartender Charles was fantastic though)

Cockroaches. Please call an exterminator and clean your entire restaurant. I told my server but he did not seem surprised today at lunch when I said there were cockroaches in the women’s restroom.
Food is always consistently good at Buffalo Wild Wings locations by the service was particularly slow despite it being a quiet lunch hour with less than 10 tables in the entire restaurant. I waited 15 minutes to get my check.
It's B-Dubs. It's good. They have a slight issue here with large parties. They kind of dont handle them well. I've planned two going away dinners here, and I've tried to call in advance both times. They tell you don't worry about it and then struggle to accommodate your party even though you warned them several times. Other than that, they're great.

We have been customers of the place for 2 continuous years, the last time we were treated in the worst way by a waitress, she made us clean our table with a dirty cloth and left it on our table, I do not plan to return to this place ever again,,,

Great tasting food. Little less than a sports bar setting, but not somewhere to go on game night for a quiet meal. I only say that because someone asked for a quiet seat when they came in.
