Dear Burger King,

What is in your nuggets?? This is the second time we bought “chicken” nuggets from you and both times the nuggets looked strange. They had something that appeared to be seeping out of it, while it was cooking. And the end result looks disgusting. Can we get back to using real chicken? This modified nugget has to go.

Woof. Big mistakes missed, semi rotten toppings and service that requires you to repeat your order 3-5 times, only to get it wrong. That lettuce piece is FRESH!! Ohh, and I asked for no onion, even marked it as such on the wrapper.

Compared to the location on jackrabbit and Indian school. This location doesn't take 30 minutes for a bag of ice. Will always stop here. But burger King has a lot to improve with providing their employees with adequate benefits/ pay.

Stopped for ice cream cones. Our first mistake was paying first. Our second mistake was not getting a refund when the cashier said it would be a few minutes so that the ice cream could freeze. Our third mistake was taking the cones and having them fall off the cone all over us and the vehicle.

Asking the cashier for napkins and receiving only 6 while the cashier is "deer-eyed" fumbling all around the ice cream machine, then looking upset because I had to raise my voice to get her attention for more napkins. After giving us approximately 8 more napkins, she slammed the window shut.

Our hands were wet and sticky. I was too mad to go into the store to wash our hands and wipe down our clothes, so we just drove off.

WILL NEVER GO TO ANY BURGER KING AGAIN!!!!

Ordered chicken sandwich meal and asked for a few extra pickles. The worker placed 19 (nineteen) pickles on my sandwich. 19 pickles. They must do a better job. Totally unacceptable.

Both drive-through were open. I waited and waited for someone to answer the intercom to take my food. Nobody answered. I called and called four other cars on the other side went through so I went to the window to order my food and he said no you have to go back around. I was very upset that he could’ve just took my order at the window and I could’ve received it on my way to work. Don’t go to Burger King.

I have been to this particular Burger King a few times, the food is average and there have been times when I have waited way too long in the drive through. I will say that the most recent time I went there the service was pretty fast, so maybe they have different management.
