The only reason I’m giving three stars is because of McKenzie. It seems like she’s the only one of your workers that’s willing to be there and does everything herself. You need more people like McKenzie Working thereand she should definitely be applauded for her work ethic

Heres just a quick synopsis of my brief experience here. store is completely dead and there are two workers there. The store isn't near closing time. I give a simple order of 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium drink. Other than being frustrated that that's a over $12 meal, I get my food blasted with mustard and ketchup and I'm missing a patty.
They had to take some time to have everything up because nothing was ready. You weren't even close to being closed, how can you not be prepped for anyone showing up? I get messing up an order when you are super busy, But the place is dead. You can at least pretend to try. Wouldn't recommend coming here again.

I really like Burger King's product when it's made right but it seems a lot of the franchises do not care at all this is one of them I ordered it hot off the grill and the meat was cold and the cookie was extremely overcooked Brown and hard and dry and the top bottom of my Whopper had a quarter of it cutoff

The soda machine was broken had to get drinks from drive thru so no refills So busybwith drive thru we watched our food just sitting at the counter. I had to go up and ask for my food. Once we got it the fries were cold and mushy. My burger wasn't prepared as ordered Don't ever go to this place

Bought 3 BBQ Brisket Whoppers. Got home to find no Brisket or crispy onions.
We asked for no sesame bun and we got the bun cold.... Im sorry you couldnt understand me? we had to heated up a bun .Then we got our fries cold. Service is trash we had to repeat our selfs more than 10 times loud and clear she still could not understand worst service.
