We asked for no sesame bun and we got the bun cold.... Im sorry you couldnt understand me? we had to heated up a bun .Then we got our fries cold. Service is trash we had to repeat our selfs more than 10 times loud and clear she still could not understand worst service.

I've ordered takeout and moble here multiple times in which case I've encountered the worst customer service the employees here almost always get your order wrong (the biggest order I had was 4 burgers) the wait time is forever even just to order if you are the only one in the drive through lane except a minimum of a 5 minute wait to just order food only to wait another 10-15 to get it cold and if you have any problems with you food it doesn't matter they employees don't care and they "close" early the last time I went it was 30 minutes before closing and i had already placed a mobile order including fried food which they refused to give me because "were closed and were not turning the fryers back on" 0/5

This place needs new Management the current employees are always making mistakes. Train employees how to use a double drive thru.
