I was waiting for someone to take my order almost 20 minutes…. No one took my order,we left because it smelled so bad…This makes me upset because I always was a fan of Burger King. The place was empty and it was a horrible mess inside there was mashed up fries and onion rings is a dirty box. Do better booger king?

Always disappointing when the woman at the window asks you if you want ketchup in the bag, you get home and there's no ketchup. Add a cold sandwich, cold hash browns and flat pop and you get a 1 star review.

I've been to this ?? a few times and always been greeted nicely and staff pays attention when ordering. I never had an issue when ordering my ??? meals. Food is done right, served on a timely manner and nothing missing. This place reminds me a lot of th ?? on Camelback Rd and El Mirage. Very nice service and will keep coming back ?!Parking: Will never have an issue finding a parking spot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a couple of handicap spots by the main entrance.

Food preparation on assembly line was and most likely still is unsanitary. Manager states," its our policy (to microwave the burger patties) even after it comes off the broiler." Brought to her attention there is no use of tongs, from moving one meat to another area , out of the PHU pans as well. She states they use gloves and change it frequently . Guy in the back is constantly adjusting his glasses with gloves , does not change it . Scratches his cheek. Still no change . I expected my food off the broiler and off the fryer. Guy on the assembly burger line took a pattie out of the PHU pan and put it on the microwave and set it back in the pan afterwards. Manager does not manage crew with the proper use of utensils, and the issues with cross contamination. If I had the option to not rate with a review, that would be my option. I do not recommend dining at this restaurant if you care about crew hygeine and food preparation with proper food handling. Issues need to be addressed!!!!!!! Poor management with food safety!!!!!!

So my daughter and I went in about 6:30 pm to order mozzarella sticks. There was no other customer waiting for food or in line when we walked in.She told us she'll be with is in a few mins after ignoring us for 5 mins!Then she walks up to the register to tell us "it's gonna be a while, there are others ahead of you and we need to catch up"Who was ahead of us? NO ONE!!So in other words she was gonna do just the drive thru NOT the customers standing in front of her in the restaurant!So we went to the market to grab a few things. Now its about 30 mins later.My daughter still wanted mozzarella sticks. So, we decided to go thru the drive thru since there was NO ONE in the drive thru at this time. No customers in store either! We are waiting for them to greet us finally she does, and what does she say " it's gonna ba awhile while we catch up"Really??? There was no one there at all!This was the most horrible customer experience ever experienced! Your staff should be fired!Do Better!!
