I picked up my order through the drive-thru, and I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Amanda. She was incredibly sweet, and I felt compelled to share my appreciation for her kindness. Her soft-spoken nature and genuine compassion for each customer truly shone through. Even though she was unaware of my struggles that day, her warmth and understanding made a significant impact on me. She really brightened my spirits and made me feel valued.
Dietary restrictions: I appreciate the efforts of the staff in ensuring my order is just how I like it. I’m not a fan of shredded lettuce and onions, and I’ve had some past orders where these ingredients were added despite my request to exclude them. When I mentioned this to Amanda, she was very understanding and reassured me that she would communicate my preferences to the cooks while they prepared my meal. It made a significant difference to know that my concerns were taken seriously.

Visited this location and hands down was the best service and food I’ve had from a Carl’s Jr in AZ! The team they have on staff on 12/4/24 @ 8pm was AMAZING!!! Got two western bacon cheeseburgers and a large fry. The burgers were fresh and I asked for extra BBQ sauce and they got it right!!! Fries were hot and crispy and they even gave me the house dressing I asked for!!! Highly recommend you give this team the utmost gratitude. They rocked it!!!
