Ms. Cheryl is a great exhibit on outstanding customer service. She greeted us at the door with a beautiful, warm smile and commentary. Her presence and interactions on the dining room floor brought everyone smiles and even laughter. Our cashier was kind, the manager was just as great! What a pleasant and fresh experience. Wish this location was closer to my house!

I ordered the family nugget meal. I was not informed the macaroni, fruit cup and brownies were an additional charge, I was just told I could add any side and dessert. The fruit cup was less than halfway full and the chicken didn’t taste fresh. I ended up paying $10 more than the advertised price for the meal. I don’t go to chick-fil-a and was reminded why I don’t go there today. Although the staff is friendly and polite, they were lacking the informational pieces as well as making the food fresh and providing full portions for the extra charges.

This location handled an order mishap with such a sense of urgency and professionalism. I had told Joy Lynne that they had messed up our order and she was so understanding and was able to not only get us our correct order, but was so genuine in her interaction. We greatly appreciated her.

A few weeks ago, my mom was in the hospital, and during one of the hardest nights, I witnessed something that deeply moved me. While we were there, the hospital staff, nurses, correctional officers, and so many others were doing their best to care for an inmate who was being extremely difficult, both verbally and emotionally exhausting to everyone around him. Watching them hold their composure and keep showing up with care and professionalism broke something open in me. I just knew they needed a little support, a small gesture to help carry them through the night.

My first thought? Chick-fil-A. Who doesn’t love it? I called, hoping they could help me pull something together and they immediately said yes. No hesitation. Over 20 meals, made fresh in record time, with every single team member chipping in. They smiled, worked fast, and they offered to help me carry it all out to the car without even being asked.

But then something happened I wasn’t expecting.

Cory walked over to me not just to thank me, but to ask about my mom and how I was doing. In that moment, I completely unraveled. I didn’t even realize how much I needed someone to ask me that. I had been so focused on everyone else that I hadn’t paused to acknowledge how heavy everything felt. His kindness cracked me open in the best way.

I’m sitting here crying as I write this, because Cory’s words reminded me how powerful simple human connection can be. I hope this message finds its way to him, and to the rest of the team who helped make that night just a little brighter. You all did more than feed people, you gave comfort when it was needed most. And I’ll never forget that.

Super friendly employees at this location. We were acknowledged and tha ked by several employees during our visit there. Restaurant was clean and nice atmosphere. It was nice and cold inside as well very refreshing when it is 118 outside! I highly recommend this location.

What is the point of ordering for pick up when you have to wait 30 minutes for your food when you arrive? To add insult to injury the food wasn't even hot l. I just wasted $60 and minutes

Estrella location. They aren't careful with Gluten allergies. I have gone multiple times and the cashiers are trained and put the allergy information and red flags, but the kitchen doesn't pay attention. when we speak up, the managers condescendingly tell you that you should have reported upon ordering. you show them the receipts and the kitchen sticky receipt and they don't apologize they just TAKE THE FOOD TO THE BACK and come back with a "new" set. they are upset and you can't trust they took it seriously. maybe they rebagged the food. the last incident, the manager was so rude that I reported it to corporate. they just sent us a free meal coupon🤦‍♀️ honestly, I expected better Safety procedures from a team lead by Bruce. they are the opposite.
