The night before Thanksgiving spent over 50 dollars for food. I picked it up got home and 1/2 of the order wasn’t in bag. Called back drove 22 minutes to pick up cold food . Manager on site female said she was sorry and would credit some money back to my card which wasn’t done. You would have thought they would have redone the order so we didn’t eat cold food but ignorance and lack of care for customer sucks. The manager that was working thanks for lying that you would credit a discount back to my card. Terrible service 😡

We came here while on a visit to Arizona and a member of the family works for Chili's.My food was good and so was another person in the group but 3 had issues with their orders.The manager quickly came out and fixed the meals.The waitress and hostess were extremely nice and professional.

I was so excited to go to Chili’s, specifically for the Wicked drinks. My party of 12 was deciding between Applebee’s, Texas Roadhouse, and Chilli’s. I regret making this decision. We were seated within 35 minutes, which was great and although we didn’t have the most horrible experience, I expected a lot better. We’ve had better experiences here. Felt like the waitress was just trying to get it over with. She wasn’t bad, just felt like she had little patience. Before we could even something, she would cut us off. They ran out of Witch’s Brew and only had the Good Witch but with a different flavor. Even then, didn’t have the stir stick for it, and it came in a water glass. Minutes later, someone else got the same drink in the glass that it was intended to be in. I don’t know, the whole time I was lowkey scared to ask for anything in fear that I’d upset someone so we kept it minimal. Even when I have a “bad” experience, I typically tip 20%, more if others in my party tip less, but this time I did not care. This Wicked collaboration is meant to draw more customers so if you don’t have the capacity for it, maybe don’t offer it? And if someone doesn’t feel like being at work, because that’s what it felt like, maybe try not to show it. Left a bad taste in my mouth. On a good note, the spicy-Ritas were great and the sliders were too. Everything was fairly priced.

Our waitress was judging us and side eyeing us. When my I told her my friends birthday was today she didn’t ask us if we wanted an ice cream or cake and just gave us something we didn’t want. But gave the customers next to us the cake and even asked them if they wanted ice cream or cake. Very disappointed with this experience

Was told 30 min wait. Been over an hour and watched as people got sat before us. Whole group of hosts sat laughing at the kiosk instead of working. Made snarky comments and made us wait 1 hour and 20 minutes. Disgusting how they treat people.

Everyone here was extremely rude. My food came out cold and I tried to politely ask if I could send it back and get it warm at least and the server rolled her eyes. It was the mozzarella sticks too!
