Chipotle Mexican Grill

Everyone is very friendly and SO FAST! I go out of my way to visit to this Chipotle 🤗

I love this location. It’s always clean when I come in and the staff is wonderful. They don’t skimp on the portions either.

Food is fairly priced

This location has made tons of improvement.

Honestly it’s been a couple of years since I last ate at Chipotle’s and wasn’t aware of how much the company had cut back on the amount of meat portioned out on burritos. I ordered a carnitas burrito. The amount of meat put in there was absolutely ridiculous, even after I pointed it out and asked if they could put a little more it was a bite full at best. As you can see in the photo there is a trace of meat in there, it’s basically a rice burrito with some shreds of meat to give it flavor. I wonder if they’re all like that 🤔

Maybe I just don’t like Chipotle anymore? Or maybe it’s just the last two locations I’ve eaten at? I used to enjoy it, but something feels off lately. I’ve never had any complaints about the food at the Desert Ridge Marketplace location, so I’m curious if it still holds up. I’m not over that way often, but if I get the chance, I’ll test it out to see if it’s me or just certain locations. Stay tuned!”

The food was good but the serving was very small. One spoon of rice??? I had to ask for the minimum 2 spoons like everywhere else I've gone. The staff was extremely rushy for no reason. Better customer service is needed and training on portions!

Place has gone down hill went for lunch and they had one person working the line with the line out the door. Why two people cooking just stood there joking around with their headphones in. And then they had 4 people working the to go line. Where does any of this make since the management is terrible at this location

They always open late and service isn’t as good as other stores

I had the worse service ever last night. The younger privileged disrespectful people that work at chipotle need a class in manners and respect. They close at 11 pm, at 7:55pm we were told we could sit at a table, we could sit at the booth or outside. We had a toddler that could not sit at the booth well. The way this young person behaved towards another customer was absolutely disgusting, cursing, throwing things, slamming chairs because she wanted to clean the table area and they chose to sit there . A person like this should not be serving food to people.
