Chipotle Mexican Grill

Honestly it’s been a couple of years since I last ate at Chipotle’s and wasn’t aware of how much the company had cut back on the amount of meat portioned out on burritos. I ordered a carnitas burrito. The amount of meat put in there was absolutely ridiculous, even after I pointed it out and asked if they could put a little more it was a bite full at best. As you can see in the photo there is a trace of meat in there, it’s basically a rice burrito with some shreds of meat to give it flavor. I wonder if they’re all like that 🤔

Maybe I just don’t like Chipotle anymore? Or maybe it’s just the last two locations I’ve eaten at? I used to enjoy it, but something feels off lately. I’ve never had any complaints about the food at the Desert Ridge Marketplace location, so I’m curious if it still holds up. I’m not over that way often, but if I get the chance, I’ll test it out to see if it’s me or just certain locations. Stay tuned!”

The food was good but the serving was very small. One spoon of rice??? I had to ask for the minimum 2 spoons like everywhere else I've gone. The staff was extremely rushy for no reason. Better customer service is needed and training on portions!

Place has gone down hill went for lunch and they had one person working the line with the line out the door. Why two people cooking just stood there joking around with their headphones in. And then they had 4 people working the to go line. Where does any of this make since the management is terrible at this location

They always open late and service isn’t as good as other stores

I had the worse service ever last night. The younger privileged disrespectful people that work at chipotle need a class in manners and respect. They close at 11 pm, at 7:55pm we were told we could sit at a table, we could sit at the booth or outside. We had a toddler that could not sit at the booth well. The way this young person behaved towards another customer was absolutely disgusting, cursing, throwing things, slamming chairs because she wanted to clean the table area and they chose to sit there . A person like this should not be serving food to people.

Food was ice cold and then you can’t even call to talk to a live person had to drive all the way back dumbest thing ever

Clean, and large. However, food wasn’t great. Rice was undercooked, and something I got was overcooked, as I had bits of charcoal in my burrito.

The policies at this restaurant are just not inviting. The restaurant was really loud, no silverware and it took a long time to get the silverware after the staff was alerted. The food was great thankfully. The app sucks to get rewards. Frustrating dinner and this is not the first time stuff similar to this has happened at this location. If the food wasn’t so good I would never go back and it’s just too far to the next location. I usually do online ordering so I really don’t have to deal with the staff, but be aware that when you do order food online you get less in your bowl than when you order it in person.

First and last time I ever go your location. I decided to stop in to buy a borrito, that was the saddest burrito I have ever had. Very small portions with barely any meat. The guys who helped me, one was rude and the other one kept asking how old I was. I hope other locations are not like this because 20$ just for a burrito is craaazy.

I can't believe how stingy they are, they give you 3 pieces of chicken and two pieces of fajitas, the portion they serve you last at Chipotle is incredibly low, the employees are rude and the tables are dirty, the trash cans are full and they ignore you… very bad service The chicken also has a lot of leather which tastes disgusting apart from the fact that they give you very little food it is an exaggeration

When you order online to pick up they don’t have your order on the shelves so you have to wait. But then everyone ignores you or acts like they have no idea why you’re standing there. You have to like grab somebody and tell them you have a pick up order then confused about pick up orders. They need a process and a better system.
