Ordering through the app and going to pick up my order has been consistently disappointing, usually it’s a hit or miss but now it’s every time which means I’ll have to start going in. I don’t think they read the order details, everything looks like they put the bare minimum, the meat is cold and it’s all slapped together. I wish there was a way to tell who makes what because I definitely wouldn’t order on the days the disgruntled employees are working.

I bought a bowl and when home to eat but I noticed the guacamole taste funky and the food was soggy, so I went to return it and I was being asked to many questions I felt uncomfortable and it made feel like I was lying, I’ve ate at many places and had to return the food for reasons and for the most part they will replace my meal or refund my money with no question ask. And to top it off they did not even apologize. I will never come to this chipotle for now on I will go the one on Watson.

This is a new small restaurant but it makes up with food quality and service. They have a drive-thru pickup lane and they are very efficient in getting food prepared timely. Food is pretty good and feels fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Showed up at 12:55 for a 1 pm chipotle order thru the drive thru. It was not ready, understandable as I let them know we were early and the girl informed me that they were working on the order, great. There was no one behind us until 1pm. At 1:02 pm our order was delivered by a short man who had the audacity to tell me that next time I need to go to the back of the line again and it’s my fault the car behind me had to wait. I immediately stopped his horrible customer service and checked his attitude. Next time just hand the late order over and apologize for the inconvenience. Won’t be going back. I can see why this place has 2 stars

Serving sizes on the bowls are ridiculously small this time and when I asked for her to add a bit more she wants to charge me more, the serving on the bowl was half of what I normally get when I go there. Talk about ripping off the customers. I refused to pay and told them to keep the bowls. Won't go back anymore

I wish I could give this place 0 star! Horrible service, they didn’t have white rice and it was only 7pm and they close at 11pm. They literally gave me hardly any chicken and they were rude when o ask why didn’t the make more rice ! I paid over $10 for a small portion of chicken! They need better management.

Can't rate the food, service, or atmosphere. The 1 star is for waiting on line for 10min only to be told "cash or tap only today" ........... that would have been nice to know. Pit a sign on the door so customers can choose to leave 10min prior to wasting their time. Sad really, should have read the other 1 star reviews and would have never entered......

Do not come here. There was a big piece of hair in my food. And the girls that were in the prep area were very sassy and rushing me … except the cashier. She was very nice and polite.
