I have been going to chipotle since the day they opened a store over in arrowhead. This might’ve been 2008 or 2010. I can’t remember and the service was always outstanding until about a couple years ago. The new generation just never had it together well tonight, I got my burrito made by a young lady handling the whole line by herself and I felt like I was back in 2010. It was the most outstanding service I’ve ever got the burrito looked amazing. I cannot wait to go eat it but all I wanna say is she has very good service and I was impressed that that’s all. ! Looks like chipotle is back!

How do you expect me to redeem close to 1500 points, but can't even provide an item on the menu? This location needs better management to have food prepared for the people.
New year, same old. Rice was crunchy & undercooked. Employees are very unprofessional and rude. This location definitely needs to clean house and train the right way!

The best Chipotle location I've been to in years. Everything was fresh and hot, the portions were right, not too big nor too small, and the staff was friendly and fast. The music was fun but not blaring. People were eating in rather than running off.

Tell me why this isn’t the first time i’ve received my guac with something in it…… I literally took a bite into the outside of the avocado. This is sick and disgusting.

The customer service could be better, but it’s not In N Out so what do you expect. My biggest complaint is the lack of seasoning on the food compared to the location off of Litchfield. The food here is always way more bland for some reason. Very middle of the line experience.

Very very rude employees, acting like if the food comes out of their paychecks or something cause it amazes me how stingy these people are with their portion sizes, chips were old and stale, if you want good Chipotle go to any other location this one sucks.

The girl with the big blocky eyebrows that was working the online order line at 2:00pm today is rude and has a horrible attitude every single time I come into this chipotle. Today she looks right at me while there is nobody else in line and just completely ignores me. She’s a nasty person through and through.

I just witnessed someone checking the temperature of all the food and she didn’t bother to clean off the thermometer after sticking it in salsa, sour cream, beans, meats, and lettuce. Absolutely disgusting!
This is the second time I’ve came into the location and the mixed girl at the front with the glasses is the cashier. She always has an VERY NASTY attitude and always very unfriendly today I went and got a burrito and a bowl for my son. The receipt seem a little higher, so I looked at it. They charged me for a double chicken when in fact, I did not ask for double chicken. Ask for my money back and the manager was like well. It had a red tag on it . I don’t work here so I don’t know what you’re talking 1 and number two you’re not going charge me for something I DID NOT ASK FOR! and then the I hate my job resting face cashier proceeds to ask him do you want us to take the burrito and remake it? Lol like PLEASE DO! And when I asked her to remake it, she said I won’t be remaking nothing but didn’t you just ask the manager if you should?. She needs to be fired immediately. I am so upset by the way I was treated in this chipotle. I will be emailing corporate.

They overcharge you, good luck getting a hold of anyone on the phobe, you'll talk to India with people who can only submit e-mails to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately this is yet another business that survives simply because of the national name recognition. On it's own, this place would have closed a week after it opened
