Customer service leaves something to be desired! Our order was to be ready at 1:10. Got there at 1:10 and the line for pickup was out into the parking lot. I decided I would go inside and get my order only to be told they are really busy and they are behind. Seeing how many people were inside standing, waiting for their order I went back to my car and got back in line and now of course further back (admittedly my fault). Finally got to the window at 1:30 and asked if the manager was giving a discount or anything for the inconvenience of all the customers having to wait so long. I was told “well this order says pickup of 1:10 and it’s now 1:20. Really? Like I can’t see the time when sitting in my car in front of the time display!? I did get use my irritated voice (my fault again)and corrected him. He offered me a soda, I said if I wanted a soda I would have ordered one. He then in his most sarcastic voice said “have a nice day”. Got home and they did not fill our order correctly. Ordered double rice and got enough rice to barely cover the bottom of the dish.

I had a 1 PM pick up order for a steak, quesadilla, rice, corn and pico. I arrive four minutes early and did not receive my food until 118. Waiting a total of 22 minutes. There was no digital receipt on my bag as there should have been. When I finally had the opportunity to eat my food. I took it out of the bag and got black bean juice all over my shirt, wild thing is I did not order black beans. Typically with a quesadilla, there’s a small cover that goes over the three side pieces, it was missing which allowed the black bean juice to get all over my shirt which I have to work in for the rest of the day. Not only that, but my quesadilla was chicken and not steak. You could tell it was made 20 minutes or earlier because it was not fresh at all. Extremely disappointing experience. so let’s sum it up, 22 minute wait time, black beans not rice, chicken not steak. Also got a nice black bean stain on my T-shirt and not fresh food. Extremely poor experience.

Tonight I was too lazy to cook so I grabbed a pick up order for dinner! I ordered on my app and picked up in the drive thru. I ordered five bowls and chips & salsa. Everything was perfect and exactly how I ordered. The food was fresh and delicious. Portion sizes were excellent.

Worst service, got myself some of the meat and it was not even edible. My father is a food inspector and we will definitely be notifying the state about the quality of the food. The protein was undercooked and barely any portion was given, photos were taken and will be sent accordingly.

Absolutely the worst customer service from the girl working today. So many people waiting for pick up orders all to be ignored. Obviously this isn’t the first time as I see multiple reviews for the same reason. Typically when you say “excuse me” a couple times we’d like a response not the cold shoulder. I don’t mind waiting at all, but to be acknowledged would be great! Definitely not a customer service type job for her.

Poor portions, not getting my money’s worth. Will stop coming to this location. Salad had almost no protein and 5 spinach leaves. I’m a small frame and was left super hungry.

Is Chipotle going broke because they don't even fill up my Burrito bowl anymore and it's depressing to still be hungry after eating something that would normally fill me up if you go here please check to make sure they didn't rip you off since they are Obviously struggling so bad that they're desperate. Enough to only give people half full bowls of food. Atleast the food tasted good I enjoyed the overly small amount given to me.

I don't like writing bad reviews but this experience stuck with me :( I placed an order for pick up in the drive thru and I waited for a couple minutes to receive my order despite there being a worker right by the window. She made eye contact with me and just pretended not to see me. I wasn't able to get my order until a nice young man attended me instead. What really got me was the way the lady that was ignoring me stared at the man all smug, is it really that hard to open a window and hand someone a bag? It might not seem significant but I just got off a long shift and this didn't help haha. :(

I can’t even order on the app because I don’t trust the order will get done correctly.
Staff rushes you through the line with a pinch of meat! The middle girl is rude as if you’re an inconvenience. Sad customer service.
