Great ice cream

We walked in right around 2pm on 3/29/25, the one female employee was extremely rude. She immediately told the three of us that she would only take our order when everyone was ready. No hi, hello, or any greeting at all.

Then we waited while she was in the back for her to come out and ask if we were ready, just to reiterate that we must all be ready or she wouldn't take our order.

She was rude and completely unprofessional. Snapping at us as we tried to tap to pay and getting two of the orders wrong.

Completely unacceptable service. I hope management and ownership read this and deal with this employee. Younger woman with glasses and brown hair.

We recently visited this location and ordered 2 large sundaes with chocolate and pecans. The chocolate and pecans that were added were minimal at best, and I had to ask for a smattering of whipped cream, all for only $25+. The service was just adequate. It was enough for us to take our future business elsewhere.

This place didn’t seem very clean, and the service was disorganized. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and was asked twice if I wanted whipped cream—I said yes both times, but they still forgot it. I also ordered a strawberry cone, but they gave it to me in a cup instead. When I asked for a cone, they put it in a huge waffle cone, even though I saw different sizes available. On top of that, they ran out of straws, so I had to drink my milkshake with a spoon. Overall, not a great experience.

Listen. I’ve tried on two separate Friday nights. Both times they screwed up. Banana caramel crunch. The first time they didn’t out the damn caramel in. It’s in the damn title. The second time they put walnuts instead of candied pecans. I get that my husband is going out of the car to get it and he has zero clue what’s supposed to be in it but seriously there’s a recipe card for these. It’s a “signature flavor whatever you call it” what would it matter if I were there they’d still be making it on down the way and I wouldn’t have seen it then either. I can’t go back.

Edit: apparently they don’t care if it isn’t right now we have to check cameras before I can get a refund. How bout this I’ve had it correctly out of state I know what an “almond”’is and what a foul walnut is…I don’t care if your employee put whatever was supposed to be in her mind in the ice cream I’m a person who doesn’t like it. I’ve had it correct several times in California. From cold stone. I’ve paid almost twice this amount and yet I’m arguing on the phone because you use the excuse that I can’t get a refund. Don’t bother if they make a mistake they won’t do a thing but blame you.

I remember the cups being over filled to where you got ice cream everywhere. Maybe they've changed but this cup is barely at half.

Ordered online. Arrived at advised time. No other customers there. They said they never received our order and began to make it. While making it informed us that two of the items we ordered they didn't have ( kit kats and oreo creme ice cream. They handed us the order and only 3 of the 4 items we ordered were in the bag. Kids working were nice but overall a mess for $40 of ice cream.

Visited 1/26 at 1:20 pm. No milkshakes....
No milk... No vanilla ice cream... No blender?
Weird.

The owner needs to take care of the place.
Feels outdated because it's not clean.
Staffs attitude isn't the best
No gloves
No hairnet
Counters are unclean.
The bathroom was disgusting .
Water dispenser broken.
Whoever owns the branch, please get off your couch and get to work.

The store usually has three employees, but the queue is always too long and it takes them forever to serve you. That's because they hire young kids who can't do the job perfectly.

10/10 serviceEmployees were very nice . Ice cream was fantastic, and best thing was line moved quick! Great hidden place, they got pretty busy and employees handle it well
