The place is a complete mess. Trash on the floor, sticky tables, some weird dude just hanging out in the corner. Me, my nephew, and gf all got diarrhea from eating their ice cream. I don't take the time to write these unless I come across disasters such as this dump.

They brought back the blueberry muffin batter back and if you haven't had it well you haven't lived yet! Add some yellow cake maybe some brownie and then when you get home add some fresh blueberries.... OMG! Get this in your face! Pound it in my mouth hole because I love this so much I could eat it every day! The only thing that upsets me is that I have not had this in a few years because it's a special flavor..... Well cold stone! I need this to be an option in my life at any time. How can you do this to people and let them taste something so amazing and then tell us... Well it's only here for a month and then you will not see it again for at least 4 years! I know it's been longer than that but!!!! I really hope they make this an every year event! I must have this flavor at all times please cold stone I am begging you! Please don't take away my blueberry muffin batter ice cream!

My first time purchasing from Cold Stone in Goodyear and ordered 2 "like It Size" ice creams sundaes. Wow, what a joke of a size. It was a size fit for a little child and it cost $25.00 and the extra side toppings was a joke. So for that price at Cold Stone and a larger size, I should have gone to Brusters Ice Cream because Cold Stone is a rip off.

Always great ice cream at Cold Stone! This location was a bit tricky to find at night. But that's our only complaint about this place.Parking: The location of the parking lot was hard to find. The building backs the road, and you have to drive around the building to get to the parking lot and the front door.

My husband & I ordered via Uber for pick up as a treat for ourselves on today on our warm day. Our order was ready when we came & when we got home I noticed my order for 1 of our ice cream's was which was the Reese's peanut butter awesome sauce lacked the 2 main ingredients; which was Reese peanut cups & Reese creamy peanut butter in my ice cream ( it was mostly all sweet cream ice cream & none of the items inside). My ice cream was barely mixed up at & I am highly disappointed especially since I paid over $10. This maybe my last time coming to this location

Visited this location a few days ago. Employees were ok regarding service however the ice cream was very soft and melted coming out of the glass case. Didn't taste quite right either, for a family of 4 it was around $40 including tip. We threw away most of it

Cold Stone Creamery is always great! Granted, I did not take my kiddos here when they were very little, as ice cream for them, was ice cream. They did not care where it came from, as long as they received it.Now, they are a bit older, and I desire for them to know good products from cheaper ones. Granted, there is always a time and place for this. They are now able to appreciate the difference. Cold Stone is relatively expensive. Be prepared to spend around $10 per individual, even for a child. Nevertheless, it is a nice treat and good to cultivate their taste buds beyond McDonald's ice cream. Enjoy, but be prepared to open your wallet a bit wider.They offer toppings that are a bit more exotic.They used to offer malt powder, which they no longer offer. That has always bummed me out! Bring back the malt powder!Wheelchair accessibility: I believe that they are wheelchair accessible.

This location is very much a hit or miss. I will say every time I go in there the storefront is super dusty and sticky which is not ideal. If they're letting the storefront get that rundown then what about the cleanliness in the back?

Firstly, I'd like to say, this is a "creamery". A creamery is a place dealing with cream. The place is existing for ice cream and also shakes. However, this very place seems to hire kids with a "BurgerKing mentality", in which, when you ask for a shake, they see it fit to explain that they cannot make shakes, either due to the machine being broken, cleaned or, believe it or not, they're out of milk. Hiring people that just do not care is running this business into the ground. I never returned. I will not do so in the future. It's more expensive than anywhere else anyway. Other places do shakes that are just as good, if not, better. Also, the atmosphere sucks. Not recommend at all. Ps,I gave it a second shot, making sure by asking if they could make shakes before even reaching the counter (already a bad sign ey?)They made me a shake but didn't have straws. They sniggered. Luckily a mom or two had some in her car and she gave me some. "I always come prepared!"

One would think that with its name you wouldn’t get runny ice cream however the last 2 times I’ve visited that wasn’t the case. Overall the interior is in need of a refresh. The service can be either the best or the worst depending on who’s working. Place stays pretty busy even late at night.

Everytime I order the chocolate dipped cones, they taste like soap. At first I thought it was a one time thing, a fluke or something. I have ordered the same thing each visit in the last several months, yet the chocolate flavor still tastes like soap. I don't like to complain, but I would suggest changing the ingredients for any chocolate dipped cones.
