The worst experience ever. Had a reservation at 7. Got seated outside, light rain off and on. Got water at 7:30. Finally place an order at 8:00, got 2 of 4 starters at 8:30 ish. They tried to bring dessert around 9, mind you we still had not gotten our meals. They gave the people next to us their dessert, prior to their dinner, they had gotten there 20 minutes after us. Waitress told the people next to us their meal was on the way soon, by then it was after 9. At that point we were fed up and left. We will NOT be back.

My meal experience on New Year's Eve of 2026 was the worst ever. My wife and I waited two hours at our table and received absolutely no food. The wait for the drinks was also 15 to 20 minutes.

Took 45 minutes to get drinks. Over 2 hours to get food. Servers were trying thier hardest. Place was understaffed. Manager would not come and discuss. This happened to numerous tables around us.

We made a reservation weeks ago for new years and we had to wait 30 minutes for our table. Once seated it took over an hour to get a beer and old fashion. Still did not take our dinner order. Ended up leaving without eating

We've booked New Year's Eve at this restaurant. After 20+ min we got water, Another 25 minutes we were asked for drinks and food. We ordered Lamarca prosecco, it should be easy as it comes in a bottle.. 1 hour and 30 minutes we got drinks and we also ordered NY menu, so my husband got fried pickles and pimento goo. Now we are sitting for close to 2 hours, no food. We are sitting outside, raining and windy, by the main road... Now it's 8:30 no food. That's it , we had to go home hungry and very disappointed. We were still charged. Terrible service, food that we got was discasting. Terrible customer service from the staff. Don't go there

We booked a reservation for NYE for a party of 6. We were seated right away. Tammy was our server and right away she seemed stessed and overwhelmed. I asked her, "are you ok? You seem stressed" She went on to explain how they had given her all of the patio to serve alone. She was totally set to fail. I assured her to not worry about us, we understood and hang in there. Service was very slow - 45min for 2 draft beers! We all opted for their BYE fixed price menu - app, main and dessert for $30. A great deal but after waiting over an hour for the apps, 2.5 hours for the mains - we decided to leave without dessert and just settle the bill and go home. We asked for a manager - never saw one, ever! It was crazy to us that the managers were not checking on every table especially on NYE dinner service. All of the tables around us had the same experience - one table even came over and asked how long we had been waiting, debating if they should just leave. Our poor server Tammy was so stressed and sad that she was unable to give her tables the service they deserved - she was just over worked - almost set up to fail! We kept reassuring her over and over she was awesome and doing a great job! I will say we have had great experiences there but that night was just a disaster! Managers should have their staff's back and always be interacting with the customers especially on a night where service has gone really wrong. All of the tables around us had the same experience - one table even came over and asked how long we had been waiting, debating if they should just leave.

The service was terrible. We had to get up and go to the bar to order our drinks. We had reservations for 6:15 and we were all seated by then. However our dinner took 3 1/2 hours. It was New Years Eve and they were totally not prepared. We had to ask to see the manager and that took 15 minutes. I would love to support the restaurant as it is in our neighborhood but they make it very hard to do so.

Two of us had dinner here on a quiet evening. The French Dip was devoured and will be ordered again. Even the fries were very good. The Pimento BLT was good but won't be ordered again. The fried green tomato was thicker than expected. Service by Tammy was great, parking is easy and free and the interior decor is first rate.

Not my first visit, not my last ~ enjoyed the Pimento BLT as one of my usual go-to's ~ consistent food quality and service.

We went to this restaurant for a 9 am breakfast. The service was great and the food was sooo good. We have eaten at this restaurant at least 5 times for different meal times. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all excellent.

Food and service are solid. Parking is not great during peak times. We had to park far away from the restaurant.

My second visit to this recent arrival in the West Valley. I had reserved a table & I was greeted professionally & shown to the table I had reserved by a female server. Unfortunately, one of my group had arrived early, was seated at a table of her choice & had ordered a drink from a male server. As Host of my small group of 4, & because the table had been reserved I wanted us to sit there - also it was in a better location! This table change & the fact two more were still to arrive meant that I was not permitted to order a drink. I waited a respectable amount of time & despite the restaurant being empty, nobody came! The male server passed by several times, ignoring us & I had to call out to him. His lack of service is why I am not keen on repeating this restaurant for our group although the food is excellent! Perhaps he just doesnt like older daytime patrons?

Always great food, especially the crab cakes. Attentive waiter. Only negative was the noise level, difficult to hear across the table.
