Had a casual business dinner here. Great food. Loved the maple bacon wrapped dates and the deviled eggs as app. I had the pimento cheese BLT and it was very tasty.

We came here for our anniversary dinner tonight. Jordan was our server/bartender and he was amazing! Attentive but not overly present, knowledgeable about the menu & gave great recommendations! We had the deviled eggs, Tagliatelle & Wagyu Short Rib. We both had a Moscow mule & I tried the house red blend, which was also very good! All were delicious!! The price was very fair for what you’re getting.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the kitchen is in the common area with guests and the music being played does change the ambiance. For example, behind me from the speakers there was violin & classical music being played and from the kitchen “Party Like a Rockstar” was playing… funny, but it does change the vibes.
All in all, we had a nice time & we’ll absolutely be back!

The food presentation was beautiful, and the menu had a great variety to choose from. Everything we ordered tasted good, and the service was friendly and attentive. Everyone we interacted with was nice, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. A really enjoyable
Service is always great and I always enjoy what I order. The only time I was disappointed is when I ordered fried green tomatoes and it seemed like they used old grease since it was softly fried and the batter was black rather than golden. As a server that shouldn't have been served but I have returned since and haven't reordered the fried green tomatoes.

Came for our 8th anniversary and we were disappointed with the food. Our servers were lovely, drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was nice. However, the chicken wing appetizer was raw and cold and my entree had about 6 mussels that were still closed. Still plenty to eat but you don’t want a customer to try to pry those open and risk food poisoning. Chuck em before serving. We were offered a different appetizer and was told it would be comped but alas that wasn’t the case and were too nice to say otherwise.

Went for brunch on a Saturday - not many patrons - our food was disgusting and cold - management was zombie like and didn't seem to care to solve the inedible food or make the adjustments to food or bill. Sooo disappointed. I hate it when I finally have a little money to go out to enjoy a meal and a drink and it sucks - waste of money...it's not that hard to deliver good service and food, it's what you signed up for - why can't you do your best?
Absolutely great food and service great variety on the menu depending on the time of day, our waiter was amazing and attentive unfortunately I forgot his name but I do remember the mustache lol! Will be definitely going back to try out more food. Glad this place is so close to home. This place has amazing fries

Service/server was great. Ambience was nice.
Bananas Foster Waffles, bacon and potatoes were great! The potatoes were amazing! Nice and crisp outside and soft and fluffy inside....probably the best part of breakfast actually. Sausage and biscuits were good. Coffee was mediocre. Avocado toast was a HUGE disappointment. Toast was probably an inch thick, avocado spread was very skimpy. It had maybe 2-3 grape tomatoes cut in half and some kind of goat cheese spread (which I should've gotten on the side, considering I don't love goat cheese, my fault). It also had some balsamic glaze drizzled on top and across the plate. It was a very nice presentation, but it should've had more avocado spread, especially since the toast was so thick. Also could've had more balsamic glaze drizzled on top, might've made up for how dry the toast was.
Cinnamon roll was ok, nothing great. We thought it was going to be bigger than it was and it wasn't very sweet. Overall, mixed feelings. I'm not opposed to giving this place another try, maybe try one of the hash skillets or something else, but not one of my favorite places as of yet. Time will tell.

On the hunt for a place we’d not tried before and happened upon Copper & Sage. I’d seen it before when nearby so we stopped in. It was late Monday afternoon and upon entry we were asked if we had a reservation. Of course we didn’t but luckily they could set us. This quickly told me two things; it gets busy and it was a bit more upscale than your typical lunch spot. It was beautiful inside. A bit of a masculine feel with of course feminine touches. I loved the dark wall with the gold accents. The booths were cozy and I liked the walls were higher to have a more private feel while enjoying our meal. They have a full bar with so many options. Whiskeys, beer, cocktails you name it. Happy hour prices were great of wanting to enjoy some small bites/drinks etc. our server Jordan was wonderful and very attentive. He had some great recommendations. I am typically not a chicken sandwich person ( especially fried), but I took his advice and tried the Nashville Hot Sandwich, my husband chose the burger., Both came with fries. Our food was out shortly and played well. I loved the chicken sandwich and to my amazement I ate the entire thing Ha! The fries for me were not my favorite and felt like they had a bit of a rubbery and overcooked texture. Flavor decent though. Unfortunately my husband was underwhelmed with his meal. He disliked the sauce on the burger saying it was overpowering the actual burger. He also did not eat the fries.. I’d say if you’re looking for a more elevated meal a bit more upscale I’d say this would make a great date night. This area does get busy, but parking is typically easy with the nearby parking garage, if come again maybe with a friend as my husband said it just wasn’t his vibe.

I had a reservation at Copper and Sage to celebrate my daughter’s baptism. Prior to our arrival, I called to request seating for two additional guests (two toddlers in high chairs). Rather than working to accommodate this very reasonable adjustment, the restaurant chose to cancel my reservation altogether and said they had other large parties coming in that day. This left us with no notice and forced us, while already en route, to redirect our entire family to a different restaurant. For a special occasion, this was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
