Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Sad what has happened to cracker barrel. The food was really inedible. Please stop serving old biscuits. The last time we ordered to go they were moldy. This time they were so hard we couldn't eat them. I hate to say it, but they won't be in business for long at this rate. Very high prices and very poor food.

Shout out to Areceli for her above board top. notch service. Lets begin with her friendly smile, her welcoming greetings and attentiveness. She was quick to accommodate our needs and requests. Her ability to take, deliver and touch base throughout out stay was nothing short of UHMAZING. SHE GAVE us 10 Stars of service and we hope she knows we appreciated her!

Nesha not only gave us excellent service but her smile and attitude were genuine and she made us feel welcome from the beginning.

We just ate here.. Our food was disgusting.. my husband ordered Shepherds Pie. He ate 2 bites. I ordered their fried chicken which i have had numerous times and it was disgusting. Waitress told me they changed their recipe.. no more!

I had the pecan pancake breakfast. It was very good. The syrup was served warm in the little glass bottle. My server was friendly. Their store, even though it is small, is very well laid out

Food was good although not hot just warm. The wait was longer than expected but it was crowded. Way too noisy with busboys clattering dishes. Disappointed that they don't serve omelets or fried chicken on Sundays.

Recently my wife and I visited the Cracker Barrel in Goodyear, AZ on Litchfield Rd. We hadn't been in a while and were in the area so we stopped for lunch. WOW what a GREAT Experence, Noah was our server and what a FANSATIC job he did. Greeted us with a smile and in a timely manner He was very pleasant, and had a GREAT ATITUDE, how refreshing!!!. The food was brought out in a timely manner, hot and both our meals were spot on, nothing missing. After Noah brought us our food he checked back to see if we needed anything and while doing so refilled our drinks without asking. Noah was very attentive, he anticipated our needs before we had to ask. Over all it was a great experience but Noah made it special. Cracker Barrel should be happy to have such a wonderful young man represent their brand. Thank You Noah and Thank You Cracker Barrel.

My family and I had came in on 4th of July for breakfast and the service was fantastic.. our server was fantastic but forgot to get her name however the manager Christine stopped by and started joking and playing with the kids and had them laughing so hard it was fantastic. For sure we will be back..

Our server Starr was very friendly and provided great service
