Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

usually the food is pretty good, but all the food was cold and my husband did not get his eggs as he ordered. The coffee was hot when we first got it, but refills were cold.

After a few disappointing visits to other Cracker Barrels, we hadn’t been to a Cracker Barrel for awhile. Needed a place to spend the night in our RV. Appreciating a place to stay, we brought dinner back to the RV, and couldn’t have enjoyed our meals more. The order was right the first time, everything was fresh and tasty, and the staff was great. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we ordered breakfast the next morning, and we’re equally pleased!

We love to visit Cracker Barrel. They have great breakfasts, especially their hash brown casserole, omg it’s so good! The service is always good and we love browsing their store for the perfect unique gift.

The food was delicious. Waitstaff was friendly and checked back for refills. Great place to eat.

My husband and I went to the Litchfield location for dinner. We were in a hurry and he was starving. I ordered sampler platter meat loaf and dumplings. I FOOD WAS COLD! He ordered fried 🐟 said it was just OK.I should have complained but we had somewhere to go. The server was pleasant. I am in the membership but I know we won't go back. Meatloaf was good potatoes like ice turnips no flavor. Please SERVE FOOD THAT HAS BEEN HEATED UP PROPERLY. ON A SCALE OF 1-10 A 2

We had a gift card for cracker barrel and decided to go. I ordered chicken and dumplings, green beans, corn and mashed potatoes. I have to say I was highly disappointed. The chicken and dumplings were swimming in water. I didn't order the chicken and dumplings soup which is a menu item. The chicken was extremely chewy like it had been sitting in the water for hours. The mashed potatoes felt like it was out of a box. I didn't send anything back but our waitress asked if she could bring something else. I said no as I don't want to be that person.
The restaurant itself was clean and bathrooms were clean and stocked.
We haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in over a year and was sad to see the quality go down.

I usually always go to the one on Chandler Blvd. and it’s always been great. Tried the one on Litchfield on Saturday and the food was horrible! I’ll never come back to this location again! Waited a long time for our food and the waitress never refilled our drinks until we were about to leave. We got there at noon and didn’t leave until almost 3! This location needs to do better.

Normally we always get good service but this time we got the best service from this young lady that regularly was stopping by to see if we needed more coffee or anything else.

Food is always delicious at Cracker Barrel. Team members are friendly and the food comes out of the kitchen pretty quickly.

I came in for dinner with my family and our server Michael C was amazing. Very attentive to all of his tables always asked if we were doing good or needed anything. Joked with us. 11/10 service! Thank you Michael!

Ordered biscuits and gravy the gravy looked and tasted like a wallpaper paste, the biscuits were cold and hard. Everything about Cracker Barrel has changed over the last year or so, it has definitely gone down in quality and quantity. Really sad because it used to be a great place to eat save your money don't go

* Don't do that. Reply of tell us more. I have spoken directly to Joshua at the restaurant twice in less than 3 weeks. You have no interest in doing things the right way, only the lazy fast cheap way.

Whether dining in or having it delivered, you're lucky if you get fresh food. When ordering delivery they will never get the order correct. (Based on our experiences.) Management will apologize but they will do nothing to course correct or maintain loyalty. We won't be returning. (Who eats dry fried chicken and mashed potatoes? Common Sense says make sure you add the gravy into the to-go order!)
