Great burgers, my guys love their cheese curds. Our to go order was fast and correct, but all of the cheese curds and fries were thrown in the bag so it was a mess. Being celiac, I couldn’t eat the fries that had then been mixed with the curds. Otherwise, wonderful food!

Dietary restrictions: Usually pretty good about my odd gluten free order. Their gf buns are served warm and are pretty good.

Best quick serve restaurant there is. (But you pay for it). Everything here is good, you are never served a reheated old chicken patty or fish sandwich like other fast food places. The quality of the burgers, fries, sides, custard is a huge step above the main fast food guys. But what is $30 to feed your family at Wendy's will be $55 here. Still worth it. Plus it's always clean and the customer service is a full 2 notches above the other guys.

Ordered a chicken sandwich basket meal.... Just pulled out a piece of hair longer than my forearm.

This location, I've had issues with lack of attention to detail, missing items from my meal... Probably won't ever come back to this location.

Came in for a late night burger, while at the window paying for my order. I see a worker there picking something up from the counter and eating it. I immediately let the cashier at the window be aware of what I saw, The cashier then told the worker who then made a smart remark. I asked what she said. I then asked for the manager and explained what occurred. I will not return, who knows how long this has been going on. Just because you work with food doesn't give you the right to eat it, especially in front of paying customers. Management needs to have structure and implement consequences for this type of behavior, People's lives are at stake. I will report this to Corporate at well.

The past two times I’ve been here my order has been incorrect. The staff here consists mostly of teenagers, who seem to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves and being on their phones than providing good service. Moreover, they didn’t give me a receipt for my order, so despite heading inside within two minutes of receiving my order, they treated me as if I was trying to defraud them of $3. They appear to be ringing the orders up incorrectly on a consistent basis, so clearly they are not paying attention to their customers. It is not hard to give someone your full attention for 3 minutes. Moreover, I made sure to double check that the order was taken correctly, only to receive a tone of irritation when asking the order to be read back to my as if their staff is omniscient and could not possibly make a mistake, only to still receive the incorrect order.
