Had the worse service by a girl named Riley after asking her if she could split two different orders in two different transactions. she had a nasty attitude so much that I had to get a manager which quickly said he can do the two separate transactions. I could hear her laughing through her headset.

This place is fantastic all around;like the interior ambiance(very clean) and the employees are all so very pleasant and with a nice smile. My burgers were so delicious that this will be my permanent go-to for burgers and many other items Culver's have on it's menu display. Can't get over the two burgers I tried- FANTASTIC.

Ordered the fish platter and it was horrible. The fish was chewy and dry plus the bread roll was cold and ?. $15 plus no drink. The kid behind the counter was nice and offered me a water cup. I filled it up with soda just one time cause I had my water bottle with me. After 5 minutes, one the members (African-American) approached me and gave me an ultimatum like he was having a power trip, throw away the cup or fill it up with water. They way he said with tone and negativity, you'd think I had stole an ice cream from ice cream fridge. I told him to throw to away and with a pissy attitude he grabbed it spilling some of it on my table and threw it away. I honestly couldn't finish my food I was so pissed. The worst experience ever for a place that has delivered good service. Apparently soda is hurting from inflation that they have to have a watch dawg for water cups. How sad that McDonald's couldn't care less for drinking soda with a water cup. Never going back and haven't been and neither have my coworkers. Thank God for Sonic across the street.
10:05 wouldnt let me in no cars in the drive through at all wouldn't let me order from there Never here again in n out and Chick-fil-A only ones that got good customer service that'll serve you when you're walking through the drive-thru I was really surprised they did that I would have thought they'd have a little more customer service than that

Wow! What is all the hype about this place? Just another overpriced, tasteless fast food joint. Had the worst fish sandwich with almost no fish sauce, then they want to charge for more sauce??? Had bigger fish in a minnow pond.
