Im done coming here every time i do they never have what I want literally every time, I'm surprised there still in business I have been to DQ's in every state from California to North Dakota and this is by far the worst in history

Staff was friendly, quick service, however the burger was so salty. Ice-cream tasted frozen and then remixed.

I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED. So due to my previous pregnancy regular cake makes me sick. So we decided to get an ice cream cake from DQ. We entered the instructions and it’s like they didn’t even read them. Mind you, this cake was for my GENDER REVEAL!!! This was supposed to be an amazing evening between my husband and I but I guess not. Don’t bother with this location if you need directions done right!!!!

WARNING TO PEOPLE WITH FOOD RELATED ALLERGIES I had gotten a vanilla milkshake from this Dairy Queen like I had many nights before but this time as I drank it something hard sucked up to my mouth! I, of course, spat it out and it seemed to be a piece of chocolate which was strange since I never thought chocolate was included with milkshakes. Just think about it what if that chocolate was an allergen like peanuts etc… people could genuinely die because of this negligence. If I got a piece of what I can only assume is chocolate then what else can he mixed in with my food. No problem with the DQ brand just this store suddenly.

Is there a reason you dont acknowledge customers standing at the counter? Multiple times now i get eye contact like im the plague and then stand there for 5-15min until some finally comes over staring at the floor to take my order like its a huge inconvenience. I just wanted to let you know im sorry for attempting to be a patron of your business. In the future i will not make that mistake.

Got a strawberry, banana and hit fudge shake. So delicious. Staffing was great and very helpful.

I've been going to this Dairy Queen since they opened. The last time I went the kid at the drive-thru window told me I had to pay extra for a medium blizzard. He was trying to charge me $10. He told me that they had to add the pineapple, nuts and banana as a la carte because a tropical blizzard is not a blizzard. I will not be going back to this dairy Queen. They seem to be out of a lot of toppings anyway. Not my loss

not one to leave negative reviews but this was the worst service i have ever experienced. only one person ahead of us and it took 20 minutes for them to take a small order in front of us and then they had us wait becuase they had som many things messed up. We finally just walked out along with several folks behind us. This people need management, leadership, and please get this folks some training. first time there and will never go back. Not good DQ, you better get your folks trained and impliment some process.
