The food was not made right. It was mushy and looked old. I sent my daughter in to let the manager know there was food missing and he told her he she was lying. He knows it is in the bag. He made her pull everything out of the bag, then gave us the missing item. I went back the next day to speak with the manager to find a resolution. I was told they can do nothing because I ordered in the del taco app and they are a franchise. I have to contact corporate online. This was such a bad look for the company and the kind of customer service you can expect from this company. Not likely to be back or recommend this place again.

The wife ordered 3 chicken tacos, 2 with no sauce. She received 2 hard chicken tacos with no sauce and one soft chicken taco with sauce. I thought chicken tacos came in soft shell like stated in the menu was n the website

Drive tru order taker “David” (night swift) I want to say his customer service is terrible.He had a bad attitude. He forgot my drink and I left once realizing I had paid for my drink and turn around go back in the drive tru and he had the audacity to tell me I need to pay for a new drink!!! because it’s my fault for not checking my order?? He argued with me and refused to comply with completing my order correctly. What the heck is wrong with him? I paid for it and it’s his fault for not completing the order!

I’ve ordered from here 3 times within the last two months. All late night orders for delivery hoping the third time they would get it right. All 3 times the fries were brown, hard and cold. My burritos are always flattened and not folded completed. The tortillas have hard edges and they NEVER gave me the sauces I requested. I see the owner gives the cliche “we see you had a bad experience” comment and it’s not enough. You need to head into that store and find out what’s going on during that late night shift. There’s no wonder so many 1 star reviews are listed for this store. Won’t ever order from here again and you shouldn’t either..
Couldn’t sit outside because the car wash was so very loud. Disappointed that this particular Del Taco doesn’t give a 10% discount for seniors. I’ve been to hundreds of Del Tacos and all the others gave us our discount. Not a lot of money but what cheapskate the owners are.

I literally just order my food a few minutes ago 12/18/2024. One of the items was the 3 layer queso Blanco nachos. I asked for no beans. So they didn't put beans ....but they also didn't put queso Blanco sauce...they put shredded yellow cheese. I keep having problems with this location. I won't be back here again. Y'all only had to put 2 items and those weren't even right.

Haven't been here in a few months. I don't know what changed but the food was awful this go 'round. --Hamburger bun was hard on the edges, not toasted, just stale. The tomatoes seemed old and ended up picked off. -- Chicken roller and grilled chicken taco tortillas were pretty hard like it had been left out. And the chicken was brown! Not like seasoned brown, like old brown. At the very least, the workers were friendly and I didn't wait to long for the food. I don't think service alone is enough to save this place for me, though. I don't plan on coming back, especially realizing how many negative reviews there are. I see I'm not the only one with bad food.
