2 of the 3 times that I’ve been to this location, they’ve posted close signs. Clearly from the other reviews, management is letting the staff run the place however they want. How many 1 star reviews does it take for corporate to do something about it?

I feel really bad for the young kid working today, he didn’t know how to work the register while his coworker (not sure her name) was screaming, yelling, and cursing in the phone to what I assume was her boyfriend.. loud enough for the whole lobby to hear. Everything was shut down, no food being made. I was originally in the drive thru, and waited for ten minutes before I pulled through and came inside to see what was going on. There was a huge line behind me as well.

10/20/25 Stay away from this place !! If I could give 0 stars I would ! Very rude and unprofessional cashier ! I order the carne asada fries , the meat was disgusting it had a foul taste . I bring it to the cashier and explain my concerns she makes a funk face and says : our carne asada was made today ! Even tho I’m showing her how old it looks and the horrid taste!! She turns and laughs to tell another employee) possible manager ! He says offer her something else and of course she doesn’t! Rude ! Rude! Rude ! At this point I’m upset and walk away ! The food went in the trash ! Don’t waste your money here ! I wasn’t offered a refund either ! I don’t understand why people work customer service/cashier if they hate it so much ! It cost nothing to be respectful.

Place gave me 5 snack tacos with the MOST stale shells I've ever had in my life. Unfortunately that was my only food for the next like 5 hours so I had to choke it down. This place used to be my go to spot. Not sure what happened but it's went downhill far.

I older a carne asada burrito and I get 2 fries 1 inside the burrito whith almost no meat and a second one outside.2nd time they did it wrong again,I hope corporate reach out to them.This is the worst Del taco I ever visited.😡

I absolutely can't stand this Del Taco. We try to avoid this location like the plague. Pretty sad considering at every other location we really enjoy Del Taco. Everytime we go here our total doesn't add up to what is advertised. They are also very cheap with their portions. We have literally recieved burritos thay didnt fill half of the tortilla. Today my wife stopped here after Little League. It was the same thing she tried to order the fiesta packs. Which right outside they have big banners advertising the price. When given the total my wife questioned tje price amd pointed out the banners. She was told by the so called manager they updated their price even though its on the banner and the drive thru menu that they changed their price. She wound up leaving and going somewhere else. Avoid this location at all costs. I will also be reaching out to corporate about this horrible location. Shame on you. Stay far away from this resteraunt. Thereafter a reason the reviews are terrible and it has a 3 star rating. I hope this place goes out of buisness and is replaced by a better buisness.
Burritos seem to be getting smaller and smaller. The food is often cold or dry. We have given location multiple chances but probably will not be returning.

This is crazy why have someone cook and make the food if they don’t know what belongs on the items I’ve ordered a Cali bacon steak burrito it came with watery lettuce soggy tortilla and I ordered a del beef burrito they put chipotle sauce instead of sour cream this isn’t right 2nd time only midnight shift that does this and then doesn’t answer phone
