Dickey's Barbecue Pit

We were met with limited customer service, we were not offered sides to the meal and the meat was dry. The windows and cleanliness was on the dirty side. We were the only ones but seemed like we were interrupting when we were present.

Worst ever, brisket was so dry, and the fries were so heavily seasoned they were not even edible and it took forever 😫

Attended a wedding that they were supposed to deliver catered food to. Got there an hour and a half late. Couple young kids showed up and basically opened the trunk of a car and said here you go. No sorry no discount, just not our fault no one was scheduled to deliver this so tough luck. Now they won't return calls and refused to discount at all for their mistake.

I guess they sold this location, they are very disorganized i don’t think they want what they doing. Never again

Ordered food on 10/25 for pickup, got a call about 45 minutes later that they were out of numerous items we ordered, so I told them to cancel the order and we would just figure something else out. They never refunded us for the order, and when you call, it's all automated. I contacted corporate, which is automated too, and got a voicemail for customer service, where I left my complaint. The recording said I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours, but never got a phone call or email. I'm still out the money, with no resolution.

Took forever, to go order, 2 meat plate pulled pork an brisket, supposed to have 2 sides got 2 total, quite possibly the driest shoe leather in my 62 yrs of existence, $45 dollars, we won't be back!

This place is so dirty omg they were out on the floor counting money that is back office business never greeted one person
It’s mainly just how dirty it is they need to clean so bad it’s sad I want to call the health department on them that pop machine looked so bad omg they should be ashamed

This was my first time at any Dickies. Early lunch hour. The place was empty yet tables and floor weren't clean. Beverage area wasn't stocked. When our food came it wasn't hot. I have to admit the food itself was delicious though. I had a brisket sandwich and fries. Best fries I've ever eaten. I will eat at a Dickies again but maybe not this location

Restaurant did not have any chicken, turkey, fries, or ice for drinks. Brisket was very fatty. Very disappointing.

I normally don't do reviews, but I felt compelled to do one for my visit today after my experience.

I walked in this evening and noticed that there was no one in the restaurant during dinnertime. First red flag. I ordered, and the cashier was initially friendly until it was time for the payment. It asks for a tip for service. I didn't provide a tip and immediately noticed a change in the cashier's demeanor. She gave me my receipt, and I noticed I was charged a $0.39 fee for "Renew and Recycle Program." She looked at my receipt before she gave it to me and it was clear that she was looking to see if I provided a tip. She quickly gave me the receipt and started working with the next customer, visibly appearing irritated.

I went to fill up my Dickies cup and there was a sewage smell. It looked like it was coming from under the drink dispenser. I could see that there was something leaking and a brown sludge collecting underneath. Second red flag. When I grabbed the lid, I could see that it had not been restocked for quite some time. Lids were laying across the counter area, there were barely any straws left and it looked neglected. Third red flag.

I waited for my two sandwiches near the cashier. The young man making the sandwiches said, "The sandwiches are ready," and exchanged a guilty-looking glance with the cashier. They saw that I caught the glance and she gave me my bag. I had a bad gut feeling when she gave me the bag, feeling like they had messed with my food in some way. She looked nervously at me when she gave me my bag. Fourth red flag.

I sat in the parking lot and debated returning my food, but ended up taking it home and nuking it in the air fryer. The sandwiches looked absolutely pitiful for how expensive they were. I regret getting food from them instead of walking next door to Firehouse.

Please do yourself, your wallet (and your stomach) a favor, and don't buy from here. You can see from the recent reviews that most reviews are 1 and 2 stars.

It had been a long while since my wife and I had ordered from Dickey's... I soon remembered why. I ordered us each a half rack of ribs and a large cole slaw. The "half rack" turned out to be 6 separate ribs. I was expecting to see a slab of meat, but I guess they meter it out to 6 slices. So, we each got six separate ribs, and a mediocre amount of cole slaw .... for $51. The ribs were not hot, not warm, more like room temperature... but they were pretty good. The cole slaw was really good, but not worth $9 for their 'large' tub of it. For $51, I had buyer's remorse. The night before, we ordered from Cheddar's. We each got an actual half rack of ribs, and they each had 7 ribs with meat. For a side I got cheesy broccoli and cole slaw. She got corn and cole slaw. As part of the deal, we each got delicious honey heat chicken tenders, a single large order of onion rings and some of their usual glazed bread. All that, for $57. No comparison! The ribs were just as good as Dickeys, so was the cole slaw. AND, we got all the extras for only $6 more! We'll be eating leftover Cheddars for dinner tonight and still have some for me to take to work tomorrow! The Dickey's food? It was gone at one sitting.

Lady was extremely rude and racist towards my bf accusing him of basically stealing a DoorDash order I place for him for lunch. She was sarcastic and disgusting with an attitude. Blonde girl with piercings. Made him take unnecessary steps and forced him to call me for a soda change.

I ordered beef brisket some time ago from this location in Goodyear, and it was awful. It was like eating all fat. I would have rather waited for them to bring another brisket out cook.
