Domino's Pizza

Order via mobile app, 2-topping handtossed pepperoni/bacon, and a 2- topping pan pizza with double pepperoni, on both I requested to be well done, when going for a slice, slice ripped other slices next to it lol undercooked pie, handtossed only had pepperoni and pan had one serving of pepperoni. This location used to be top-notch. Fell off sadly, and I won't be going here for a while

Pick up had much friendlier service than I've had at many other locations and even higher priced sit-down restaurants. Got delivery from them once too and the driver was very considerate and courteous.

The 2 employees at this location at 10am on June7th are EXCEPTIONAL People and Employees! Other restaurants/stores can learn Alot from them on how to behave, work and treat customers!! Please, keep up the Excellence 🙏🏻😁👍🏻👍🏻

There is zero Customer Service starting from the store staff going up the chain to corporate. Everything is bots and self service for customer service. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves for buying into a corporation that puts customers last and sales first. The assistant store manager said he has no idea who owns the location and how to pass my information to the owner or store manager. He also said he could not give that information out. I suggested that he take my information down and pass it to someone who may actually care about Customer Service. He seems like he didn’t want that information and said he had to go because the store was busy. In fact he didn’t even offer a solution because he said everything is controlled by corporate and he has no idea how corporate works.
IT’s JUST PIZZA!!!! It should not be this difficult! I’m Officially done being a Domino’s customer. I noticed a pattern that I’m only giving bad reviews to corporations that no longer offer customer support and leave the staff completely ignorant and helpless with no tools to offer any type of customer support. Any of my businesses that I owned, I made sure that each staff member had a chance to meet me. I always thanked them for working hard for me, and I encouraged staff to always feel free to reach out to me, especially with any customer complaints. Maybe we need more support for local small businesses in our community and start banning these franchise and corporations from taking over our communities because this is what we set ourselves up for.

Dominos is my favorite weekly pizza, However, I like to order online including the garlic sauce which is sometimes forgotten after I pick up. I called to complain tonight and the Manager Christian credited my entire pizza order. Thank you Christian!

We accidentally made a mistake and misunderstood that Dominos had already delivered wings to us and they were polite about it and gave us more. I felt awkward but I felt it demonstrated how professional and polite they are.

Pizza was pretty cold and wings but the delivery did come timely. Not sure what happened here.

Pizza was under done raw in the middle of the. I called and they said they would put a note for a credit . I went today and the General Manager said although he saw were I order the pizza there was no note so he would not honor the credit . I ask him for a number to the corporate office he said they were a franchise and only thing I could do is leave a bad review. Imagine that your GM encouraged a customer to leave a BAD review . Horrible pizza and even worse customer service .

I am extremely impressed with this order. It arrived on time, was hot, fresh, and the quality is exceptional. Well done! I eagerly anticipate taking a bite.

I have never reviewed a pizza shop and I've only ever eaten Domino's when I was forced to eat it. They had a great 50% off coupon online and it was the only thing open and I just wanted a thin crust pizza so I took a chance. It was unbelievable My husband and I were fighting over who got more pieces! I ordered a thin crust extra cheese sausage and pepperoni and the crust was so amazing, it had a ton of flavor and the toppings were perfectly balanced and the cheese was really good. I think this particular Domino's location does it way better than most!

Ordored a pizza and price was 40$ when it arrived the driver stated they can not except bills larger than a 20$. I drive down to get my ordor most would not. The website states that the driver only carrys 20$ in change, but i did not want change the 10$ was a tip. Train and treat your employees better. When the average ordor is 40$ this is absurd. Have performed Dominoes since the 80s. I will not use this location again.
