The creamer in my coffee was chunky. The girl at the window handed me my cup with the lid coming off, and it spilled everywhere and looks like vomit. She saw what happened and slammed the window shut.

I go to this location 4-5 times a week for coffee, sometimes grab some donuts. The coffee is always great at this location and the donuts are fresh and tasty. The service is excellent--I've been regularly greeted by Francisco and Isla in the evening and they are always super friendly, always have my mobile order ready by the time I roll up, and are always prepared for the most important part of my order--our pug's pup cup. Always enjoy seeing our regular folks!!

I figured it was just fast food so how bad could it be, but ordering a pumpkin cold brew somehow turned into a mess and I waited 20 minutes for a small order while standing right by pickup. They finally realized it was already made and sitting in the drive thru the whole time, so all that waiting came down to them not paying attention.

They change employees like water. Horrible customer service and not properly trained. There's on girl who has face piercing was asked to help with mobile orders and she took one recipe and slammed it on the counter and left. We all looked at each other and was like she's having a bad day. Then found out they took all the good one and took it to a different location. This location has gone down. Not coming back.
Coffee for my wife was incorrect and very weak. Breakfast sandwiches were room temperature. Side of hash browns, really? 6 mini's for just under $2.

I went in to buy a dozen donuts 🍩 they were tasty but unfortunately they don’t have apple fritters but they have a lot of jelly filled and creme filled donuts it’s so perfect 🤩 😍

Worst franchise I’ve ever had to deal with as a delivery driver. The staff is rude you go to the pickup counter and they ignore you refuse to make eye contact. You end up waiting up to 15 minutes before they ask you about your order, they say they are working on it and then 5 minutes later they say you need to contact the person you are delivering to that they are already out supplies at 10 am in the morning. Extremely poor management and customer service. Stay away from this store. Despicable unprofessional service.
