830 in the morning on a Saturday and they're all out of omelette bites. Not the first time this has happened but I'm surprised that they're completely out on a weekend.

This was my first and might be my last time trying Dunkin’ coffee. I recently ordered a small pumpkin spice cold brew/latte, and while my interaction with the employees was nice, the drink itself made me feel really icky and gross afterward. The girl at the window started off sounding like she might’ve been having a rough day, but once we talked, she was actually really pleasant and helpful. She even took the time to explain low-calorie options, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the coffee just didn’t sit right with me at all, which was disappointing after such a positive interaction.

Ordered 25 munchkins, disappointed they didn't have the glaze ones. Got chocolate and blueberry. They were very sticky and chewy. Like they had been frozen or something. Didn't taste right. Ordered a strawberry drink and it took forever they kept making drinks for the drive thru. Then we made a comment and the girl was like I'm making it now and another girl was sarcastic saying sorry for the wait... Not a good experience and wasn't even given a receipt. Won't go back

First time in years that I wanted to give Dunkin a try . I pull up at 7:05pm and ask to try their wrap . Mind you their open till 10pm and the team member says “unfortunately we are cleaning the oven is there anything else we can get you” . Like who knows maybe I’m willing to wait but not even an option to wait while they finish. So I’m like okay well let’s do a coffee I guess . Her response after giving her my order “sorry we are out of caramel foam , is vanilla okay?” Like whaaaaat ? No it’s not lol . First and last time I go .

I am daily customer and my recents visits within the last month at this location has not been having french vanilla. Also, the workers attitude towards me at the speaker and window are very rude.

Where to start, stop in for 2 sourdough breakfast sandwiches, paid extra for hash browns an sausage, didn't recive any of it, carmel cappuccino blasts were horrible...all went in the trash..Stay away and save your money.

the Dunkin’ semi truck always parks in middle of the parking lot, in everyone’s way. so much so it even blocks in parked cars. literally watched someone have to 15 point turn just to get out of the parking lot. park and unload somewhere else????

I go here once a month for a simple bag of Decaf coffee. 3 months in a row out of stock on the same item. I’ve heard “sorry out of our control “ too many times. Sent an email to local /region office. No response. Sent an email to corporate…no response. Aren’t they in the coffee business? I think the CEO of Cracker Barrel would fit in great here!

Ordering online was such a breeze for awhile but it’s ridiculous when people just walk up and grab food or drinks without looking or checking.. I ordered ahead someone else grabbed my order and I still waited another 15 minutes INSIDE while your drive thru was having no issues take care of your costumers beware of what you pick up people this is ridiculous
