Dutch Bros Coffee

Stopped at this location today between running errands and the service was excellent. I did an order ahead and when to the drive thru for pick up. My drink was delicious and they were quick to move the line along!

I arrived at this Dutch Bros location at 9:03 AM. At the time, there were six vehicles total: two in the left lane, two in the right, one receiving their drink, and one still in the turn lane placing an order.

The female employee managing the right lane was still with the customer in the turn lane. After the customer paid and was shown the tip screen, she continued chatting at the vehicle for another seven minutes. During that time, the male employee in the left lane was doing his best to keep things moving and get orders out.

Once the female employee took the order from the car in front of me, she then left to get water. It’s summer, so I get the need to stay hydrated—but when she returned and took my order, she told me to follow the Jeep to the left of me that hadn’t ordered yet. The male employee started taking that Jeep’s order but let them move forward into the turn lane before they finished. That vehicle sat there ordering for about 10 more minutes, completely blocking the flow of traffic.

There are clear lines on the ground next to the menus showing where cars should stop until they finish ordering, but those weren’t used properly. That decision caused a major backup.

While the parking lot wasn’t full this time, I drive by this location often—and the line is always wrapped around into neighboring business lots, blocking their entrances and affecting their customers. It’s a consistent issue and shows a lack of planning and care for the surrounding area.

When I brought this up to an employee, I was brushed off with, “We’re busy and people order a lot of drinks, sorry,” before they walked away.

I didn’t leave until 9:31 AM—28 minutes for one drink. That’s ridiculous. This location is consistently mismanaged and needs serious improvement.

Just left this dump, filled with worthless employees. My daughter placed an online order which was not even started when we got there. We were ignored for a few mins, with at least 7 visible employees at front. We were the only ones in the walk up window. The first employee who took initiative to greet us started off with “I’m not ignoring you, I’m just off today” whatever that means….Once our order was complete my cup was not wiped so my hand got wet from the coffee. Not sure why this would be okay to hand to the customer and when I asked the girl (different employee) to wipe it, she acted like it was an inconvenience. After she wiped it she slammed my drink down. I asked for a napkin so I can wipe my hands and she walked away not acknowledging my issue.

You will not receive good service here.

First time visiting a Dutch bros and the service could have been better; I was not aware of how the drive thru service worked so I pulled up to the menu and started following behind the car in front of me and someone came running yelling “wait” and was unfriendly even after I let them know it was my first time there. Then they proceeded to try to give me a coffee I did not order. Not a very welcoming experience for my first time there. Maybe I will try a different location.

Easy take out

I ordered a blended rebel and it was literally just a solid piece of ice I was waiting to melt so I could drink it.. and it was $8. Was kind of disappointed.

Been going there since they open. Haven't been there in a couple months. Went back today and the people are not nearly as friendly as they used to be kind of rude when they first open the people were really nice and friendly. No idea what happened but I will never return to the store again

It's so wonderful to see you being treated with such care and receiving such great service, especially with Kiana! She was truly amazing and an asset to this place. I really appreciate her and hope you'll be generous with her.

Huge choice if drinks and coffee. It is expensive but can earn rewards.

Good place to go, great variety

Took my granddaughter here recently and had a rather unpleasant experience. The red-haired gentleman that took our order seemed bothered when I couldn’t decide what to order. He was very curt with us and seemed very rushed as if he wanted to just move us through the line. Luckily the young lady at the window was sweet and my granddaughter enjoyed her drink. However, we will not be returning!

Love this stand!! I order a boring drink but it's always the way I want it. I pass a couple stands just to come here. Karlye always helps me and is always friendly and happy to see me. Will continue to come here!

I go out of my way to go to this Dutch bros stand and it’s definitely not the closest to me. My drinks are consistent and the atmosphere is fun and upbeat. The kids always look like they are having a good time working and I love that about this stand!
