Love Dutch Bros, they have awesome employees who are very informative and outgoing, the drinks are just a bonus! That being said, they need to bring back The Cookie Butter drinks! I've never visited Dutch Bros as much as I did when they had that drink, they need to make it a permanent drink!

Staff is amazing, very friendly. But this is the second time I've had my order messed up at this location. My mom can't have sugar and I asked for a sugar free drink but somehow or another sugar ended up in it. Otherwise great location

Please improve your drive through in the morning hours (before 5AM). You literally get stuck in the line of vehicles with no way to get out when it’s taking too long of a wait (15-20 minutes).

I am a loyal dutch bros customer among many locations and love the franchise... this location, however, has had more lows than ups for sure.... today is the straw that broke the camels back. Went here through the drive thru ordering a caramelizer mocha for me and a peach sparkling soda with coconut milk in it for my wife..... ordered with the lady holding the tablet. No problem, she repeated the order back correctly, and we paid n tipped there. Then, upon arriving at the pickup window, the girl repeated the order back to us correctly as well . Then, when she handed us the drinks, one of the drinks was wrong. Gave us the peach soda with no coconut milk at all in it . I told her, and the girl looked like a deer in headlights . We asked her if they could put some in, then she took the cup, and her and her co workers laughed about it . She returned with my same cup, nothing done to it, and a separate cup of coconut milk in it . We asked her if she could add it in and mix it like we requested, and she said, "I'll do it fine it's not the end of the world jeez". Co workers were still joking in the background about it. Then she handed it back to us talking under her breath, and as we were driving off, she yelled obnoxiously, "YOU'RE WELCOME." I never dealt with unprofessionalism like this at any of your locations, and I will say I'll never be back at this location (even though yall won't even care anyways) . I'd say stay away from this location for ur own good. There are idiots working at this location at all times of the day . The only pro about this location is that it is the only 24-hour operation in the valley.
The employees here are pretty nice and always provide great service but it seems every time I order anything other than a tea/ soda or rebel I get super sick. I’m not lactose intolerant nor do I have an milk related allergies and it’s not a certain drink that makes me sick either…its all the drinks that include milk the hot chocolate/coffees/ ice coffee/ freezes etc, so it makes me wonder if they are serving bad milk or don’t clean their machines has anyone else experience the same?
