Einstein Bros. Bagels

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get something as simple as breakfast to go. I waited 35 minutes for one bagel sandwich and hash brown. I went to go ask where my order was and the short little man who I can’t tell if he’s a teenager or 35 years old with glasses was so rude told me to look at the screen and see how many orders are there. The one girl making the bagels had her hair through her visor she looked like she hasn’t showered in 3 weeks wiping her forehead sweat with her gloves and the goes back and proceeds to make the bagels! Not only is this location DISGUSTING it’s super slow and the workers are very very rude I will be driving 10 minutes further to a different location or never going to Einstein again

We walk in and we are told it’s going to be an hour wait? Huh? Einstein bagel hour wait? Something was NOT managed right and whoever was running the shift should be reassigned. You’re a bagel shop! Even if you had a massive order, that massive order should have been an hour wait not your just a bagel with cream cheese. It doesn’t take an hour task toast a bagel and put cream cheese on. That embarrassing!!

The employees were not friendly, and the atmosphere was not welcoming. I ordered a Swiss and cheese sandwich, which was served cold. As first-time customers, no suggestions or recommendations were offered. Additionally, there were no almond milk options available. The caramel macchiato lacked any noticeable caramel flavor and tasted more like a blended mocha. Overall, my significant other and I were very dissatisfied with our experience

Inefficient way to run things. Ordered 2 bagels without topping or to be cut. Went to pay and the bagels were right next to the cashier and still had to wait for her to give them to me

Right when you enter you are greeted with a smile. Not many stores do this, but appreciate their effort to recognize the customer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bagels are always fresh. Management is doing an excellent job! Keep it up.

The bagels are delicious and even though it’s always busy the quality of food and service never fails. Miriam with the purple streaks in her hair, works on the line and even when they’re slammed she never fails to make sure customers are being assisted with a smile! The bagels are good but I’ll be returning simply because my last few experiences have been wonderful with the customer service. Thank you!

I hadn't been to an Einstein's in a long time. I remembered the bagels being larger and more bread than bagel. Not so anymore! I had a tomato avocado and bacon egg sandwich that was delightful, with a bagel that had good chew and flavor. The staff were really courteous given that I was losing my voice.
