Einstein Bros. Bagels

This is the worst Einstein’s I’ve ever been to. I wish I could say the workers don’t listen but it CAN’T be that because I confirmed my order multiple times after seeing how the lady rang it up. It’s the worst to pay for something, do your part to ensure you’re being clear in your communications and yet it’s still wrong. I don’t know if the person taking the orders is simple or just literally does not care to do her job correctly. She should be retrained or replaced.

But maybe this is my fault? There are SO many reviews highlighting the terrible customer service and consistently incorrect orders. Managements response is always the same canned “Sorry to disappoint…” but they obviously don’t actually care since the reviews go as far back as 3 years and it seems nothing has changed. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Ordered an all nighter egg sandwich and asked them to add Avocado. Got charged for it and they just decided to put no sauce and no Avocado instead. Super disappointed, super dry sandwich. Work too far away to go back for a replacement. Probably wont go back to this one. Had to remind them I paid for extra caramel in my drink too.

My fault should hav3n3ver came back so slow 3 peopl, one filling orders 2 trying clean and stock while atleast 8 orders sitting there with people backed up.
So untrained so slow and just lost.

Food still hasn't changed the lady said they add something to bagel to let them sit from early morning.
But just chewy as he'll.

Walked in I stood there and no one acknowledged me or said anything to me I stood there for a while workers looked at me and finally said someone with be with you.. suggestion to give the staff customer service training

it was a great experience. it was busy though they helped me and were very kind. harmony was very on top of my order and was very kind and bubbly. will be returning

The sandwiches were fantastic. My personal favorite would be the Texas brisket.

The food was delicious and the workers were very kind!

Loved the whole breakfast. 1st visit of many more to come !!

Excellent bagels

A pound of schmear on my daughter's bagel, barely a tablespoon of butter on mine. Nothing like a dry bagel :/

Ordered a bakers dozen for my coworkers. They didn’t disappoint. Einstein offers the best bagels. Vegan and non vegan options. They were quick with my order and friendly.

The bagels are always amazing! My boyfriend also said the coffee is better than other coffee shops.

Extended wait times are problematic, however, receiving an incorrect order and depleting the initial bagel selection are wholly unacceptable.
