Alexa, at the front counter is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming to this location when I’m visiting on business from out of state. The last few times that I have been in she remains positive and has excellent customer service skills. Even in the middle of the morning rush when she is taking 20+ orders and making 10+ drinks behind the counter she keeps a smile on her face and asks every person how their morning is going. This girl deserves a raise!

Great place for a breakfast sandwich or bagels. Everybody there from the manager to every employee has been super helpful, friendly and nice. I would come back again and again and again.

I really enjoy coming to this location every morning of the week. The food is wonderful and the staff are very friendly. My food is always made to order the way I like it and it is always hot! The manager is alway making sure everyone has what they need and that things are working smoothly. This is the best Einstein Bagels place I have found! Especially because it still has seating unlike other stores.
