It seems like every time we order from this location, something is missing from my order. Three salads were included in my order today….and NO SALAD DRESSING. I even asked the employee if the dressing was in the sealed bad and she assured me it was. Completely unacceptable. Also, I was shorted a pack of tortillas. Do better El Pollo Loco. If the order has a salad, DON’T FORGET THE DRESSING. Also, the receipt doesn’t have a “survey ID” to even give feedback on the awful customer service at this location.
