Went to this location, its was closed and all lights were turned off. And on the door was a sign with the new hours that they didnt care at all. At least post something on instagram that it will be closed for the day or the week. By the way i call several times to the one in goodyear and no answer. Terrible service, not going back

Costumer service was horrible order food to go got to restaurant place my order the girls front counter knew that i was waiting order made me wait 10 minutes for my order was just sitting in counter after told me it was ready never going back to this place by time i got home food it was soggy not good.!!!!!!

It was alright. Not worth $20 per roll that's for sure. The Avondale location is slightly better. I don't mind paying the $20 just make sure it's delicious and not a just Ok sushi roll.

They recently remodeled I believe but the vibe is always amazing. The food is always well presented and worth every penny! There’s a server there and I wish I could remember her name, but she wears glasses and has a very thick accent, she’s super kind and has such great customer service! Props to her for doing a great job 2 days ago when it got a bit busy.

Tried to call in an order and the person on the phone couldn’t answer a simple question or get my credit card number right. Strike 1 - no way to order online. Strike 2 - rude customer service on the phone AND in person when I went in to pay/pickup. They didn’t even make it so then I had to wait. Strike 3 - $8 and all we got was four tiny bites and rotten salad for a kids California roll.

Vegetarian options: Hardly any vegetarian and basically no vegan options

Dietary restrictions: Unhelpful and uneducated about allergens

Food was pretty good (spicy mango was good). No crowd, easy to get sat. Although parking lot was full. Too pricey. Inside was under construction.

We have been to this place many times before. However, this time we had someone with us that is strictly gluten free and they apparently think that means no meat!! The waitress didn't know, she checked with the cooks, they didn't know, tried asking the manager told him he needs to educate his staff...and I don't think he even understands english because he looked at me with a deer in the headlights look. So we left 12$ for our drinks and went to Sushi Love.

Dietary restrictions: They think gluten free means no meat. Ignorance. They don't even know if they have gluten free options.

This was my first time trying out this particular location as I’ve been to the one in Avondale and it’s so much better. I spent $149 on sushi that didn’t taste fresh and the fact that they charge $2 for their eel and spicy mayo sauce. Usually places will give out a couple in the box complimentary but I received 0. The other location in Avondale has better quality, better service , and didn’t charge me extra for sauce.
