The drinks taste phenomenal, Their sugar free drinks are absolutely delicious you won’t even believe that you are drinking sugar free drinks. The edible glitter that they add to their lotus drinks is so aesthetically pleasing. Once you try this place you can’t go anywhere else!!

The atmosphere was nice not loud. It was pretty bright. We ordered a bagel, but it was a burnt bagel smothered with cream cheese. It was pretty affordable for teas or coffee

Today was my first visit since the renovation and I was amazed at the changes. The building doubled in size and now has a full kitchen. I'm going to be stopping by even more now!

The owner is always so welcoming when I come in! Definitely my favorite breakfast spot! Has an amazing atmosphere!
The drinks here are consistently delicious, and the quality is generally reliable. However, over the many years I’ve been coming with my mother—who has a serious sensitivity to caffeine—we’ve had an ongoing issue that has never been properly addressed. Despite always ordering decaf, she has repeatedly been served fully caffeinated drinks. Even when ordering something like a simple chai latte, she’s been given “dirty” versions with added espresso she never asked for.
This isn’t a matter of preference. It’s a medical issue that triggers panic attacks, worsens her chronic illness, and often ruins the rest of her day and the next. We’ve expressed this many times over the years, and even reached out privately via Instagram, hoping to avoid leaving a public review. Unfortunately, the response we received was defensive, dismissive, and frankly, snarky treating her condition as if it were just a picky coffee order.
I’m writing this because I genuinely want to see this place succeed. I care about supporting local businesses. But this repeated mistake and the lack of accountability have made it impossible to stay silent. Caffeine sensitivity is not a quirk or a taste issue it’s a health concern. If someone told you they were allergic to shellfish, would you ignore it and serve them anyway?
I truly hope this feedback is received with the seriousness it deserves. Please train your staff to take dietary and medical needs seriously. It matters more than you may realize.
Place use to be a great spot for coffee but now the service is horrible workers are rude and drinks are not what they use to be. You pay for cold foam and get hardly any you ask for more cold foam they tell you there’s already some there when all you see is ice on the top. If I had the name of the man who made the drink and was rude I would add it but I don’t. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.
service is as not there what so ever, i had to wait to get my order taken where there was at least 4 people on staff, if an employee did that in my restaurant they would be sent home, ridiculous. no one greeted me in the store , i asked a question about the drinks and the employee made me feel nothing but stupid so i just ordered another drink. i just think if your going to be a highly rated store customer service should be just as good as anything else in the store. i don’t mind paying 7$ for a drink but if the service doesn’t match the price it’s very disappointing
Love the staff and the lattes here! They are always so consistent, so sweet, and I love how often they have new items!
I’ve been coming here for years and their coffee is always great! The baristas are so nice and always recommend something for me if I want to try something new. I can’t wait for their kitchen to be complete!
Even though they were undergoing a remodel, it was still a nice atmosphere. The coffee is fantastic, the staff is very friendly.

So over this place. They do not get the concept of decaf or making orders correctly. Three times in a row they messed up, third she actually told me “so I accidentally made it with caffeinated, do you want me to redo it?” 🙃 And then acted so irritated when I said yes and made me wait for all the people after me. Three times in a row they gave me caffeinated vs decaf, then today, fourth visit in a row, I ordered a Chai latte, since it’s lower caffeine, and they can’t seem to get decaf through their heads, and they made it a DIRTY chai. The girl at the register did her job and asked me if I wanted espresso and I laughed and said absolutely not just being funny, and I still got espresso added. My daughter ordered a dirty chai, same drink, and mine was darker in color than hers and tasted like straight up coffee. Same as last time, I got a dramatic sigh and snark when I very kindly and apologetically asked for a new one, to the point that I just dumped the drink and left, because of how I was treated. Four strikes and you’re out. No, caffeine won’t kill me, but it’s not just me being picky, I’m extremely sensitive to it because of some health issues, and espresso or regular levels of caffeine make me physically sick. I go out of my way to be clear when ordering my drinks and nobody seems to care. They also don’t clearly label drinks that have ingredients made with peanuts, and I had to call them out on that in the past. Food allergies and sensitivities are not just people being Karens. They need to be taken seriously. I’ve spent a lot of money here over the years, it’s too bad they can’t get something so basic figured out, esp when I’m paying 20+ for two medium drinks. Done spending money here. FYI, spending $20 is a splurge for me, totally sucks to have to choose between dumping my drink, or being treated like crap to have it remade the way I ordered it. People with allergies and sensitivities already feel bad enough, we usually apologize ahead of time for even having the audacity to order something, places like this don’t make it any better.
We've had several different flavors of coffee here. All have been delicious. They have some flavors that change out monthly, which adds variety. We love this place, and come here weekly.

My fiance is the coffee snob and loves the coffee. I go for the delicious gluten free pastries.
In all my years living in this area I've never seen Enroute coffee. Until one day it popped up on Google search for coffee places. Me and my auntie where curious and went to go try Enroute Coffee. And boy oh boy it was amazing! The atmosphere was spectacular, it has a clam and cozy vibe. And the staff is super friendly. Me and my auntie got the liquid gold macchiato and the military matcha. Both these drinks were perfectly sweetened and has a good aftertaste. Will come again! We highly recommend coming to Enroute Coffee.
, As soon as you walk in the door, you're greeted with a smile and a kind word. Great variety of coffee drinks and food offerings. Always a joy to visit this place!
