Not sure what happened to this place but the food now sucks, been going here for years. Ordered a canre asada $15 before taxes and the meat was not even carne asada, it was llmore like bottom sirloin judging by the texture. I've had my last meal there.

I used to like this place been eating for years. 2 to 5 times a month... In the last 3 or 4 months. Meals prices have jump $$ drink sizes are cut in half. Now food sizes are turning into mini. Beans and rice are 2 spoon full verse a large lattel scoop $7 tacos are now street size. Taco bell $4 burros are now the same size as thier $10 burros. Meat is always burt dry or over cook. I still have a ton of lettuce on top of things but cheese is a sprinkle. Wait time is now just as long as a sit down. I think the last 3 trips is 15 min to get food with no one in front of me.... So. Idk what going on but with today order mess up and a vm call to them since they do answer the phone. I guess they lost a loyal customer.

Federico's has been my go to lunch spot for a long time, since I came back to America. They're a little pricey, but the staff and food quality always made it worth it. Today, I end my business with them. The order I placed and the order I received were not the same and after speaking to them, they basically told me tough luck. Normally one bad order wouldn't cause me to cut ties. But I lost the two things that made then worth it in one experience. Bad order and bad customer service.

I ordered a Carne Asada burrito and a large Horchata. I received a burrito slightly filled with meat and overfilled with vegetables to the point where I only drove 10 minutes away to park so that I can eat, and the burrito is ice cold because of how much vegetables was added if you look at the picture, you can see that there’s more vegetables than there is meat And not to mention the cheap water down Horchata and I paid $20 for this meal

6 years I have been coming here and honestly I am done coming here. The employees do not listen in the drive thru. I should not have to go inside to get the salsa I want. I get it's a privilege and such but if I am spending $50 for food for my family I shouldn't be getting 4 salsa's. Also we don't eat the red sauce and I always say no red sauce and y'all do not listen. After 6 years I am done coming here and so is my family. Your employees truly should do better at listening to customers.
