Worst customer service I've ever had by Kimberly. She should definitely not be working customer service. The food was kind of cold. My burrito was wrapped horrible. My wife's food was all smashed from the boxes. When she gave us the food. She just closed the window didn't say have a good day or anything

I just went through and asked for 5 roll tacos, a large rice and large drink... I got 3 tacos, a small thing of rice and a medium drink.... I don't know if they don't know how to listen or what but I won't be returning. They need to get it together.

I ordered a chorizo,egg and cheese burrito this morning before work. From your location off of cotton lane in Goodyear Az. Thinking i was going to enjoy this before my work shift. Had very disappointing i was. When i opened the bag i felt greater on the wrapper of my burrito. Seeping out of the wrapper was nothing but disgusting grease. It was so bad i couldn't remove it from the bag. However i tried. In doing do the burrito was non edible. Grease was oozing out of it. Just disgusting. I drove back to return in exchange for another. Same result. They also did not add the cheese i requested. I will not be going back to this location. I will be sure to post the picture i took and send to yelp for my experience and review. Never again.

Best Mexican spot I found during my trip, the quality of everything was top notch. Get the super nachos with rice ??? expect to wait 10-15 min for ur order but it's worth it

If I could give them 0 stars I would The old lady at the front was extremely rude on the mic,asking "what size drink do you want?" We said "A large horchata" she bluntly repeated herself saying "what size" with an attitude and then when we were driving forward we took to long to pull forward so she looked directly into the car as we were pulling up and slammed the drive thru windows and turned her back to us proceeding to ignore us.. I guess going to this location I should have expected it If you're looking for a GOOD Filiberto's go to the one on 107th and Indian school

the cashier that refused to tell me her name "Maricela" was having a bad day and projected her negative energy on me (the customer) which was completely unnecessary. I've dealt with people like this before so I didn't let it ruin my day - but I was tempted to buy food else where. I HAD TO COME BACK TO EDIT THIS . I made it all the way home to find out they got my order wrong as well. I asked for no egg because I can't eat eggs. I called back to speak to someone and the lady says oh well I heard her say egg AND IF THATS THE CASE IF YOU HEARD HER SAY EGG YOU HEARD ME SAY NOOO EGG !!! I will definitely be reaching out to corporate office because this in unacceptable!!
